Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit By IHG

Convenient to go to Japanese supermarket downstairs.

Quite far from Sukhumvit rd. where the BTS station is. Also the room layout is not impressive, too narrow.

The Onsen was great and the breakfast was good - although would have liked oat milk for coffees

Breakfast was excellent. Wide assortment of food choices, all delicious and abundant. Staff was very attentive fulfilling all requests.

While the room was comfortable, convenient and clean… I was disappointed to learn you need to specify all room needs. Unfortunately I was put in a handicap room, the only inconvience was the handicap shower.

Fantastic place - I loved the spa area, the outdoor pool area, and the coworker spaces. The breakfast buffet is great too. Really everything was wonderful. I could see myself staying here for months on end. I also love how they have laundry in-unit. That's huge.

The only problem we had was the wifi has a little popup to login rather than just a password so sometimes this didn't work with some of our devices. Our smart TV in our bedroom didn't connect to the internet either. We asked for someone to fix it but they never did. It wasn't a big deal, we were only there for a week.

Good location. Very clean. Nice co-working area and outside area with pool. Gym was better than average hotel gym.

Breakfast was ok, but not more.

The room was extremely good, swimming pool and gym were top notch but the best part of our stay were the staff, who were magnificent.On Reception, MJ, Boy and Mr.Nong were fantastic but Lunar was totally extra special.Top customer service from that team.Hotel was immaculately clean so the folks who cleaned the rooms were exemplary.The restaurant/ breakfast staff were also extremely good, Meng, Kamonrat, Kie, Linya, Boy, Kea were great but Nook went that extra mile, she provided the best customer service.

I loved the location, it was spotless. The bed was super comfy. The suite was fantastic . The breakfasts were delicious. The staff were super helpful and I was introduced to the joy of the Onsens.

Staybridge SUKUMVIT is close to BTS Phrom Pong, where you can go to Bangkok sights without car traffic jam.The Restaurant ORIGAMI had nice breakfast, and the service, especially by the cooks, the waiter and waitresses excellent.The frontdesk team and the cleaner team were great, too. I recommend this hotel so much.

Great Suite, Onsen is great, Fitness Facility good. Great Location with a Japanese vibe. Good coffee place, and supermarket in the Tower 2

It was the highlight of our trip. Japanese cleanliness and immaculate environment. Staff polite and helpful, awesome design, views, pool, co-working room with excellent coffee and tea. Shuttle bus to Emporium and Skytrain. Perfect!

Very nice room. Clean. The location is good, 8 minutes’ walk to Emsphere.

Friendly staff, the aesthetics of the hotel, the modern finishes of the hotel, the rooms and the additional facilities that they offered.

Honestly, nothing. The best hotel I have stayed in by far.

We loved their non-functioning room service delivery app—it gave us the chance to leave the hotel, discover real restaurants, and actually enjoy good food.

Staybridge Suites Bangkok was a huge disappointment. For $300 a night, we expected cleanliness, but the furniture was old, uncomfortable, and even had stains of bodily fluids—disgusting. They’re obsessively strict about smoking, banning it everywhere, even on balconies, but can’t bother to clean properly. This was our honeymoon, and it turned into a nightmare.

Nothing except may be absence of a restaurant and room service (but there are restaurants in the building itself and immediate neighbourhood).More variation at breakfast, which can be a bit frustrating on long stays

Free shuttle to the mall. Less than 10min walk to BTS station. Gym was good. Very friendly staff

The Staybridge Suites format is just perfect for hosting families such as ours, especially when staying longer than a week.The rooms are very comfortable, functional, and well appointed, with the washer/dryer combo being very much appreciated.Kudos to the staff that went out of its way to make us feel important and appreciated.The breakfast was very good, with much choice for all diets.The presence of a few restaurants as well as a Fuji mart attached was a great plus.

The hotel water distribution/mitigation system needs to be reviewed and improved. In both our rooms, as well as that of at least another unrelated guest with whom the subject was unexpectedly brought up, it was not possible to maintain a constant water temperature during our showers. This would not be an issue if the variation was slight. In all of our cases, the difference between the cold and hot shifts were high enough to be somewhat uncomfortable...I trust the hotel is aware of the issue and taking appropriate measures to identify, confirm, and remedy.

Clean and good amenities in the room. Reasonably size.

Distance away from BTS station. shuttle service not convenient due to crowd and nil first come first served basis when pickup from emporium. Maybe have more frequent pickup during peak season like Christmas etc. and after 5. Room only sleeps 2 not very good for family who prefers to be together

Pam and her team did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent breakfast selection.

Origami restaurant and bar were operated by a third party who didn't meet the high standards of IHG, closing when it suited them rather than at advertised hours
