location is nice, very close to the old city. The room was nice also - very comfy to stay and work. Bed was comfy as well

noisy and a bit run down.

The rooms are incredible. Crafted some time ago with gorgeous dark wood, they are enormous and beautiful. The neighborhood is fantastic. Walkable and many restaurants and shops. The staff is fabulous. All were very kind and helped me a lot when I arrived with a broken leg.

First of all the cockroaches! To be honest i don’t mind if i see during my stay one or two randomly around, i’m not that picky, but here was different. It was all over the room and the worst, one night just before falling asleep i saw one just next to my head in bed. Disgusting!The bed is hard like a table with a slim mattress on top.No amenities like hair-drier, iron, not even at the reception.I would definitely not come again. Sorry for the nice staff from the reception.

Central location was good

Ok this is where it gets fun.Hotel was filthy, curtains and walls all stained, it seemed like every 10 paces was another sign about a potential 2000-5000 baht fine you could get.Shower was filthy, towels were thread bare and ripped.Mattress was on the of firm thai ones thays are wrapped in leatherette, but they have no foam or similar topper so it's like sleeping on the floor. Even worse the air-conditioning hardly worked so you woke up a sweaty mess almost stuck to the leather.2nd floor terrace out of order for entire stay.Hotel needs a full redecoration and deep cleanThe only hotel I have ever stayed in in Thailand that charges you for the water they leave in the room and no tea/coffee facilities

The location is great and the room was surprisingly quiet, regarding the proximity with the street.People at the reception were very friendly.

The mattress was a bit too hard.

The room was on the main road and so noisy it was difficult to sleep. The windows weren’t sound proof. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There were stains on the towels.

A decent hotel in the city center, surrounded by good facilities, public transportation etc

All good based on the price paid. Nothing spectacular, just a decent place to sleep.

1. Room Pictures aren’t same 2. Mention balcony but it’s actually window 3. Everything’s charge even after you paid for room 4. Took deposit money even booked from booking.com 5. Many penalties for example smoking 6. No utensils 7. Matters very hard 8. Ask extra pillow they wanna charge 200 BHAT 9. Very old AC 10. Shower pipe wasn’t working properly 11. Most importantly too noisy because hotel located on main road and room is not even sounds proof , you can’t even have good sleep at all

Windows not insulated so alot of streetcar noise at night. No breakfast- but easy to find within a minute walk.

Staff amazing, very helpful and always smiling! Executive suite huge with 2 bathrooms and sitting area with mini couch. 2 minute walk from JTC

The windows are not double proof so very noisy at night- bought earplugs and slept well after. Breakfast not available but many different choices within 1 minute walk.

The water in the room was not free and caused misunderstandings when checked out. :-(

The location was good for where we needed to go and there were lots of good restaurants around, especially Indian. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. We didn't expect them to service our apartment as we were only there 2 nights, but came back to freshly made bed and clean towels.

Our room overlooked the road, and there was no soundproofing. The noise of the busy road was very loud. When it rained it sounded as if we were in a shed with a tin roof. We weren't on the top floor, but it sounded as if the roof was right above us. The bed was quite firm, but actually this was ok. We had booked the 'superior' room but not sure what was superior about it.

Cheap for a 1 night stay in Bangkok.

The sheets had holes and stains and the blanket didn't even have a cover so not sure how hygienic that is...

The room looked clean . I had everything I need including shower .

There was no self-service laundry . The quilt had no quilt cover .

Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Had a chance to get high floor so traffic noise wasn't an issue. Spacious room for the price very worthy. Aircon very cold

Less than basic amenities. No free water provided in room. Pillow was uncomfortable and bed could be abit too firm for most ppl. Bathroom had no ventilation.
