Rafael Mansion Bangkok Airport

Friendly staff, good English and went out of their way to provide great service at every opportunity. Clean, basic, wifi worked well.

No deadbolt, weak locks, no sprinklers, no smoke detector or fire alarms in the room. No shuttle as advertised, they just call you a cab. Not remotely 3 star. Even at this price, better to be found in the same area.

Good price, helpful staff, short taxi ride from BKK.

The place had good clean rooms and the staff sold the place for me Rafael is a legend he told myself and my family all the do/donuts of Bangkok very nice man.. and the breakfast was good plenty of food for us all . Good stay 8/10

Great...friendly Staff...Breakfast exceeded expectations in a semi private section.Facilities such as Gift Shop, Bar, Adjacent Chinese Restraunt provided the Best S & Sour Pork I have ever had.Money Change facility excellent.Would definitely use this Hotel again.

Only dislike was Leaving.

Owners absolutely fantastic. Hotel was nice but a few little problems, but nothing that ruined my stay.

Had no tv as the wrong remote was in the room, had a different room number on the back. But didn't complain, just watched tv on my phone.

I paid for one and half night, but I stayed for half day. Is refund possible ?

It's very old and needs a massive overhaul. The outside looks lovely but inside it is rundown. The pillows are lumpy and clearly in need of replacement, the furniture and bathrooms worn out. The lift doesn't have a sensor and closed very hard on me when getting out.

Good clean family run hotel with fair sized rooms. Great for waiting for flight next day and getting the rental car cleaned around the corner. Nice cheap price

Place needs renovation, location is close to airport so Ok for one night, but it was not pleasant to go to the shop - many dogs around, street is not lit and very dark

Great place near the airport- All we needed was a bed and breakfast! They kindly delivered breakfast to our bedroom in the morning as we were tired.

Rooms are very spacious and clean , the entrance lobby looks very royal and grand .Staff is really helpful .Enjoyed our stay .Quite close to pattaya beach

property is in the bad shape the area is very rough neighborhood. the place is not close to restaurant or stores

bath has no toiletries shampoo and conditioner bottles are indistinguishable no wash clothes or hand towel the air conditioner is old and loud kept us up all night until we turn them off early morning so we can have a quick shut eye before our next flight

There was nothing to like here! Totally misrepresented by the Booking listing! Dimly lit dingy exterior gives Way to a deteriorating interior. we were given. 5th floor room and it wasn’t for the view! No elevator! No lights in the stairwell. The King room had 2 Queens. There was a large puddle about 1/2” deep in one corner of the room. I have used Booking out of convenience off and on for years. I will no longer risk these way off the mark suggestions!
