In terms of of breakfast, I had a look on the breakfast buffet. It’s mainly tailored for Asian people and because we are from Middle East and Muslim I didn’t like it.

We had a lot of help from ms.scarlet in term of what to do in city best places to eat an etc….

The wonderful smile in all the staff, how clean everything felt, the spacious room, the amazing view, the gym... almost everything!

Unfortunately the breakfast need to improve. Also, it will be great if they can cover the windows a little bit more because the curtains let the sun pass through in the morning.

Pool doesn’t get direct sunlight and the water is cold. Could be nice if they heated the water.

The room itself was fantastic! So much space! Great big and comfortable bed, sofa by the tv. Etc

Really sad breakfast room and set up. Even though it’s on a top location, high above the city, it felt poor and cheap. In the room, there was No TV programming. No Netflix. It was still the old channels from the 90’s.

The location was good to get everywhere I wanted to via Grab or Bolt. The staff were by far the best aspect of the stay. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful with anything I needed. They even left me a care package of food since I arrived very late.

The breakfast for me wasn’t too great. The eggs were quite liquidity a lot whenever made via omelet or scrambled egg order. The choice of sliced meat and cheese toppings were limited and overall the offerings were more catered towards Chinese guests but that is ok - it is my personal preference and I assume there are more Chinese guests than others.

My favourite place to stay in Bangkok. The staff is amazing - always kind, professional and helpful with my requests. That alone makes the stay very comfortable. Rooms are spacious, with quality furniture. Good sound isolation from outside. Comfy beds. Large pool, good if you like swimming.

Other hotels have the gym open 24h. I don’t understand what would be the issue with me training late in the evening.

The facility is good. Location is not too far from train station. Though there are shuttle bus from hotel to the BTS stations but no return shuttle bus. The room is very clean, spacious and quiet. This is not our 1st time stay. We love to stay here. We feel very comfy at the hotel.

However, our stay was ruined by the car park guard. We didn't know how to park the car so we showed the hotel card key when she walked closer to us then she started to scream and scolded us that we should have shown the card key. As a hotel guest, I do not expect such a service especially in Thailand. She could have just informed us nicely that we just need to show the card key. She was not busy or engaged in anything though.

Every thing was good the rooms are big and comfortable and the stuff is very helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect! Especially the staff service it was great! the Hotel is super clean and has a bidet (فيه شطاف).

the breakfast was VERY limited for Muslims (halal food) I had the same breakfast for 6 days straight :(

• Good location with cafés and restaurants nearby.• Despite the good location, you’ll still need a taxi to reach most major attractions.• Only some of the staff were friendly, mainly those assisting with the luggage and a few we happened to chat with in the elevator.

• Spacious suite, but the layout isn’t well thought out. A lot of space is wasted, making the rooms feel less functional.• The bedside lights are oversized and not practical.• Poor bathroom layout, congested space with no hand soap near the sinks. We had to use the one in the shower.• Kids playroom includes a TV, which feels out of place for a space meant for active play.• Noticeable street noise at night.• No accessible power socket for the bathroom’s hair dryer.• Long elevator wait time due to the building’s 30+ floors•The microwave in the kitchenette is awkwardly placed, requiring you to sit to use it, and the coffee machine wasn’t working.

The rooms were big and clean, very nice showers and the living area was comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good as well.

A bit remote from the city attractions

The BIG ROOM! We booked a One Bedroom Premiere, very spacious feels like home. All the things that you may need on a 7 days stay will be there. Washing machine (a must for us we often change clothes because of the hot weather in BKK), fully equipped kitchen! If you want to cook you can. Pool, gym almost everything that i want in a hotel is there. Also, the staffs are very friendly specially the housekeeping staff. Superb cleaning. The location is a little far from the BTS, but they do have a shuttle that can bring you to Silom area until 11pm. Love the hotel! Definitely will be staying here next year at songkran!

Restaurant!!! Mediocre food, even for breakfast. Ordered food, i think its a dimsum platter, yang zhao fried rice and some wanton noodles soup. It was mediocre at best. The dimsum itself is just a frozen dimsum, steamed and priced terribly. Even the breakfast was not that good. Tried it on the last day of our stay. The only good thing there were the staffs. And also the scrambled egg. The rest was meh…

So far from everything, you need to use taxi or tuktuk everytime you want to go to a mall or to buy something.
