Park 19 Hotel

Professional & thoughtful staff. Offered free tuktuk shuttle to BTS & commuter boat. Offered suggestions for where to shop. Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom. Pool was clean. Air conditioning worked well & quietly. Blackout curtains for afternoon nap.

If you step outside to your patio at night, shut the door immediately as there are mosquitos, although this is not the hotels fault. Oddly there were no mosquitos during the day as we lounged by the pool.

I can not pick an outstanding feature, but I was happy and satisfied overall.

The lobby was super clean and nice compared to the rooms .

Every thing … it’s horrible and unlivable place … it’s fake from the out side and photos in booking fake too … the black mold everywhere in the room …the AC old and not working well .. I couldn’t sleep … it’s I paid for 3 nights … I just staid 1 night and i couldn’t stay more .. even I didn’t get my money back and didn’t have the time to take photos for the place .

Swimming pool, Gym available to do some work out but there isn’t any machine available except for treadmill. Shop houses available around and walking distance to 7-11 or supermarket.

there’s no train station around the area. Might need new aircon system. More utensil in the kitchen. Like scissors or knife…

some clients were really noisy ( till 3 am) every night and if you don't go down to complain, the hotel will not tell them to be quiet

The road outside is very narrow with no pavement and lots of busy traffic .. it felt dangerous to walk along the road at night.

Clean and helpful staff.

Air conditioner in one of the rooms started to leak three days after we arrived. Maintenance staff was not able to fix it so a bucket was placed to catch the water. We were offered to move to another room but it was just a hassle so we decided to stay put.

The accommodations were inexpensive and the staff was friendly.

The location is not very good and even though you couldn't technically smoke in the room, you could smoke on the balconies. The room smelled like smoke. When we asked to switch rooms, we were told that they are all like that. Non-smokers would be better suited in another hotel.

Too far from BTS / MRT stations

The location is rather nice in the Thonglor area.

The rooms are very dirty. The walls and doors have marks, one beds sheets had stains. Some neighbors were fighting when we were there and we could hear everything since the walls are very thin.

Unit was very big and it has comfortable furnitures. My general impressions was positive.

Balcony is very small. Probably you can’t use for anything. And it was very dirty. Why don’t you clean balcony?

I stayed at Park 19 Hotel for quite a long time with my family, and this review reflects our final 2 days. Overall, we had a good experience and I am happy to see how the hotel responded thoughtfully and professionally my earlier review on Booking,com. So i think the hotel takes guest input seriously and are actively working to improve. Security staff was the best and the location was convenient for us plus the family suite was comfortable and well-suited for travelling with kids. Some earlier hiccups around communication and hotel policies occurred but the team is still developing, Park 19 is a good place with a lot of potential, and I’d be happy to stay again.

The female front desk staff needs some love in their life. They don’t know how to talk/treat customers. Rude upon initial contact.

Great location on a quiet street. Rooms are clean and modern.

For us, the pillows on the beds were simply too big to sleep comfortably.

The room is spacious! Good glasswindow that we could feel the sunlight and outside views.

Bad time ! No ride ( broken ) to nearby places and gym facilities are on renovation and maintenance .

The room was a small 1-bedroom apartment with kitchenette. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The on-balcony washing machine was a great bonus as well. The Infinity pool was great but only had two lounge chairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the location relative to the riverside, markets and many attractions you typically go to see in Bangkok. Our own fault for not spending more time researching this. Grab rides to riverside were 45-60 each way, so not convenient.

It was fairly modern, safe and decent facilities. I liked that they cleaned daily; not so much that they entered without knocking.

No hot water in kitchen sink. Room key policy was unreasonable. Most hotels provide 2 room keys. This one required a 200 bhat deposit. The key powers the room, so if I had to go downstairs to meet the Grab delivery person or run to 7-Eleven, my teens would be left in a hot room with no power.
