Great location! The hotel is super nice even if it's not brand new. Rooms are very comfortable and the view is simply amazing.

Nothing that I can complain

Great breakfast every morning and a great breakfast staff. Every morning I got fresh prepared bowl of noodles. They also had made to order omelettes, which my wife enjoyed. Fresh fruit, breads, pastries, french toast, waffles, juices, this and much more. The pool was great after a long day out in the heat. 10 minutes walking to the metro or sky train. Restaurants, night market, and 7/11 nearby. Great facility and great location.

Our room 2101 was fantastic. Amazing city view spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and well organised. The roof top pool was lovely just hard to get a sun lounger.

The pool area is tiny and very busy. Hotel is huge, so 8 sunbeds are definitely not sufficient. I came to the rooftop at 15:00 and everything, even the tables have been occupied all the time and it got worse around sunset time. People were moving around just to make photos or videos, so I missed kind of chill atmosphere and privacy. Seems to be area just to take pictures, not to really relax.

Location is good- halfway between the river and the thonglor area, this saves a lot on transit times. Rooms are plush and cleaning service is excellent. Decent happy hour if you are in a club room.

Gym wasn’t great. For a five star property think there could have been more attention to service (eg there is no WhatsApp concierge)

Comfy bed, great location, amazing view, super breakfast.

The level of cleanliness was below expectations. The bathroom light could not be turned off, which was problematic due to the glass wall facing the room. Handymen were fixing it at 2:30 AM after several requests. The towels and bathrobe were worn and frayed, and the 35 ml shower gel provided was insufficient for two people. There was also a strong canal odor in the bathroom, and the ventilation/air extraction was not working.

We had a really pleasant stay.The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient.

The hotel is well located. The reception was hospitable. The room was clean. The breakfast spread was great. Rooftop swimming pool is great.

Not even close to 5* hotel service

I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I feel it’s necessary.I’ve visited Bangkok many times and stayed in numerous 5-star hotels, but unfortunately this was by far my worst experience. We arrived around 19:30, tired after our flights and traveling with our 6-month-old baby. We had three large suitcases, a stroller, and several hand bags. Despite this, no one from the hotel offered any assistance—not when unloading the car, not at the entrance, and not when bringing everything to our room. With a baby in our arms, my husband and I had to manage everything ourselves, including holding and opening the hotel doors, which are not automatic.During check-in, the only information we were given was to provide a deposit. There was no explanation about breakfast, no introduction to the club lounge (even though we specifically booked a room with lounge access), and no general information about the hotel at all.After check-in, once again, we had to take all of our luggage to the room entirely on our own. Checkout was the same story—no assistance offered. We carried everything downstairs, opened the doors ourselves, and loaded the taxi without a single staff member acknowledging us. Not even a simple “thank you” or “goodbye.”Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially knowing the high level of service usually provided by 5-star hotels in Bangkok. Unfortunately, all I can say is that we would never return.

Needs bigger pool area

Amazing hotel, breakfast really good, rooftop pool with a nice view of the city, location is also good close to everything, rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the shower pressure is so good, loved everything ?

I stayed in this hotel before and it was great with a super awesome room view. I also liked the location and the pool. The staff is kind, helpful and the breakfast is really good!

This time we did not get a room with a great view, and the pool has limited seats to sunbath.

Room was great

Didn’t love the location. Also they have no facilities to use if you arrive early and rooms aren’t available until 2:00 pm. We changed in a toilet and « showered «  by jumping into the pool. Very little amount of lounge chairs. No sun umbrellas near the pool. Drink prices at the pool are expensive for Thailand.
