The staff was very welcoming and friendly! The location was so convenient to the railroad track that is direct to the airport. Will definitely come back!

I like everything about the property but the only concern that I have is Klook charged us more than the price posted in the listing. Price is 8,600 + but my card was charged 9,100+ pesos. Thank you!

The room is super clean, cozy, and comfortable. When we enter the hotel, i can smell aromatherapy, soo goood. The breakfast is good and very good coffee

The water heater did not work properly

Simply everything was bad, the place is very narrow and tight, bed sheets were patchy and had cuts, zero noise insulation, the smell was awful in the whole hotel from the reception to the room, the water pressure in the shower was weak. I do not remember a good thing about it. Had to stay the night then moved to another hotel the second day.

It might have been a good place to stay back in 2016, but today it no longer offers a worthwhile experience. The entire unit feels worn-out: there are yellow water stains, peeling wallpaper, holes, and numerous rushed, poorly done repairs. The floors aren’t even—parts of the laminate are bulging, giving the impression you might lose your balance. The balcony also faces a wall, and honestly, the room would probably be better without it. The only positive is the breakfast, which is served in the café across the street. Overall, this hotel definitely doesn’t deserve its 4-star rating.

The water temperature of the shower was hot and cold, but overall not bad. No tub.

Food at Kays across the road was amazing. The bed was interesting and a challenge.Lots to explore and eat. Staff are very helpful.Don't be deceived by the alleyway entrance the hotel is exceptional inside.

No, nothing

Very clean property with a nice boutique style theme. 4 floor property which is fine and it’s always staffed 24 hours every day with welcoming staff. Always security available sat outside hotel. The breakfast was fantastic everyday. The breakfast is served directly opposite the hotel in a boutique style cafe and the restaurant/ breakfast staff are so polite warm and welcoming. In fact 2 of the women were really sweet and cute I must say. Regardless, they offered great breakfast dining service.

I couldn’t find the tv remote but I didn’t bother asking where it is because I was out everyday for most of the day and night so it didn’t matter. I know if I asked for remote. They would get it me instantly.

Very nice boutique hotel in Bangkok and great value. The staff were super friendly and allowed us early check-in at no cost. The room was spacious and contained everything one could need for a city break!

The breakfast was the only thing that requires improvement. The restaurant had no options for dairy-free and gluten-free meals, not even a non-dairy milk for a latte. Service was slow and absent-minded.

Our stay at KMaison went extremely smoothly. The location was great and the host (Dream) was very helpful and polite. We had no issues while there. The breakfast was at a cafe across the road and it was excellent. The rooms are small but there is enough space for your luggage and as I understand this is normal for Bangkok. There is hanging space as well and a large window. They have also strategically placed mirrors to make the space look bigger. The bathroom has a large sliding door that is frosted glass and no lock. But it is clean and all the fixtures work well. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because the rooms could use some maintenance. Also along with my family we had 4 rooms and some amenities such as slippers were only provided in some. Of course they would have provided it if we asked but it’s just a matter of consistency. We also found tiny bugs in the wood in one of the drawers in our room. This did not bother us as we didn’t use the drawer however again, I feel sure the hotel would have handled it if we got it to their notice.

The place is great. Staff is good and helpful, especially Nu and one another guy I can't remember the name of. Rooms are small in size but you will not regret it. It is very good and beautiful. Location is another plus point. The metro train is not very far, you can walk towards it. During breakfast, we had the granola bowl which was very tasty. Highly recommend.

Location is very pleasant. Just around the corner there is a restaurant that will get you addicted. Easy commute to the center. The rooms itself are very nicely equipped, cleaned daily (it was my second stay at their property) and the staff is amazing. Especially big thanks to Jeejee for helping to organize a day drip outside of Bangkok for me and my friend. I fell in love with Thailand. If I come back to Bangkok, I would definitely stay in K Madison Boutique Hotel. Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Everything was great

Located in the middle of local residential area, supermarkets are in close proximity. Many local food stalls available. King Power duty free mall is less than 10 min walk. Quiet neighborhood; there are some small pubs but can't hear any noise from street at all times. Very friendly staffs. Extremely well made breakfast, albeit limited menu selections. Clean room, hot shower, cold air conditioning, room was big enough for us with 2 large luggages.

Bathroom was barely equipped. The renovation was great but not practical, water dripping from basin and there was insufficient space for my toiletries. The bed was too soft (or old) because it sinked right in the middle. Doona was aged as well. Nearest BTS or train is <15 min walk.

Staff were very friendly on check in and gave us some good tips and advice for our next day in Bangkok. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was decent too. Rooms were clean and tidy, not the biggest but for the price we paid we were definitely happy and would use the hotel again for a 1 or 2 night stay as it was just a base for us and we were out all day anyway.

Really nice boutique hotel with very clean facilities. Lobby is beautifully designed and smelled so nice too. The room is just the right size, very clean, and very pretty interiors. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well.Located in a small alley but still accessible. A little far from the busy areas of Bangkok so you will have some peace of mind here.Loved my stay even if it’s just very short!
