The property is close to some landmarks.

Room was stinking. The washroom was extremely bad.. when we opened water in the sink the drain swelled… and there is hardly space even to stand. No place to shower and it was the same case in both the rooms we booked. There is no wardrobe. Also there is no security… we stayed as 6 ladies.. the doors weren’t strong enough.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating.

The facilities were so odd. I didn't expect it to be like that. For example, when using the lavatory, the water came out from the drain and flooded the toilet's floor and it's really weird. Another, there's no water during early mornings. I think the property is fine but it really needs a lot of repair and checking.

That it accomodate 3 people in 1 room easily.Having good Ac with Fan too.Privacy needed is provided.Its a bit far away from main location.

The bathroom is congested.No place for hanging clothes.Limited breakfast option.No premixes for tea or coffee.Also it's not available all the time.Besides that there are constructions going on allover the Bangkok so a bit crowded.

The staff are nice and helpful. I couldn't asked for more. The free breakfast was just amazing. They make sure everything is clean.

The room was neat and clean and close to all facilities. You can go anytime out.

The washroom was very small if you are going to stay with family i think not suitable. But if you are alone then its pretty good option in this package.

Good location. Staff is quite nice and supportive. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was quite tasty.

Tv wasn't working and bathroom size is too small.

On the first night, i was assigned a room on the ground floor. It's noisy and lots of bugs, plumbing id shit. The smell is terrible. I asked the staff to switch to another room on the third floor, a bit better.

The European tourists appeared aloof, but perhaps I have become used to regions where people are more engaging.

Stayed in a family room for 3 nights, the location of this hotel is perfect, just a tones throw away from Khao son road and easily assessible to other attractions in Bangkok. The staff at the hotel were lovely and were happy to help with anything. Room basic so may struggle for space if stayed longer than 3 nights.

Location is great. Also, rooms are quiet.

Hand towels not provided and intermittent bad odours

Clean and tidy and all you needed for somewhere to rest your head. In a good location.

The bed was a bit hard but still comfortable after a long day around Bangkok

A later check-in was arranged, even though it was charged 200,- Bath, no one was waiting for us ?. We had to spend money on a phone call.. Rooms very old, outdated, one smelled of bad waste. Breakfast very modest. We got skin rashes from the accommodation ??.

The nearest metro stop was about a 25 minute walk from the property. However, considering that Bangkok has relatively few metro lines, this reflects more on the city’s limited metro network than on the property’s location, there should be more lines throughout the city ?

This please is very well located! Really close to many of the main sites in Bangkok but still silent at night Amazing staff that helped when we arrived and I must highlight the awesome coffee machine available for breakfast

We had a small problem about a neighbor guest smoking inside the bedroom but the staff was very helpful

The bathroom. Water keeps on the floor all the time.

Good budget choice. Location was close to where we wanted to be, considering we booked quite late we were happy with our choice for one night.

A bedside table and light would have been nice to have. It was quite noisy in the hallways when I was there. I would probably look for a little more comfort if I had stayed longer.
