High potential but it is left running down. I had ants in my bed and they changed my room in the middle of the night.

Hot water, wifi, good beds, location, and great breakfast.

The area is nice, the pool as well.

Not any reaction on my questions to the hotel, and I tried via booking and via 2 different mailaddresses, both in English and in Thai.The room I got was not ok: I opted for a double bed and got 2 single beds.

The location is amazing in the center of all options of the reagion. I haven't had a change to try the breakfast or other options. The swimming pool and general facilities were good.

The room was very small, no specific place for the shower and the water would go direct to the skink if you were not in front of the shower. I was disapointed with the bathroom and the room in general.

Neglected Property with Unfriendly Staff

The property is poorly maintained, with a noticeable smell of mold, ants throughout the room, and a pool that clearly isn’t properly cleaned or maintained. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no willingness to assist. Once payment is made, don’t expect any flexibility or support.

Staff very friendly. Not knowledgeable about cheaper transportation or trip options.

It wasn't cleaned well when I came. The beds are worn, hard and uncomfortable

aged Hotel with high prices, but the worst is in House Travel Agency! They overcharge and also tend to "forget" certain charges which lead me to pay a hefty 3000 THB more on a regular tour for 3900 THB. A few days later i met another traveler who had also the same experience with that Hotel, so its a regular occurrence.

The Inhouse hotel Travel agency is overcharging, The Restaurant is also way too expensive and has a weak service. Just go a few steps left or right and you be happier.

Location and the swimming pool were the highlights. And the staff too.

The lighting in the room was not good. Mirror only at the bathroom and not very good light.My AC did not work very well. But it was ok. Looked like a very old one, but it cooled the room down a little.The carpets are not a good thing in such humid weather , so I would suggest some more appropriate flooring. It didn’t bother me, but I believe they could consider some improvement in these things.

I think this place got going is a pool and great location quiet family oriented, otherwise for the same price you can get a better more combinations somewhere else around that same area.Shower the sink and the toilets are all in one square small washroom . In the bathroom, there is no plug-in for hair dryer. The lightning is terrible so you can’t really do make up. The bathroom floor they used the tile that when it get wet, it gets slippery.. but you don’t mind all of that it will be great for you..

Pathetic hotel. There is no mobile charger plug point in the room. AC is not working. Poor lit room. Pathetic food at their restaurant.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Not very friendly staff. No English tv channels

Great location in a walking street full of cute cafes and stalls. Only 15 mins taxi to Siam area with all the major shopping. Plus a swimming pool to cool off each day.

The eggs on the breakfast were stone cold but on asking they did cook fresh ones. The coffee was good and a fair variety of food. The pool itself was good and I liked the fact towels were provided as we travel light and don't have our own.

The pool itself was great. Clean and nice temperature . However the shower and steps for the pool were almost inaccessible having to walk through a public area on rough stoney path. There was no mirror in the room and the only PowerPoint was in a poor position on the floor making it difficult to use a hairdryer as the flex wouldn't reach my head. Fortunately I was able to borrow one from the nice receptionist.The bathroom floor remained wet making it difficult to use the toilet, wash basin and mirror without wetting the carpet upon leaving. I know this is standard in Asia but a mirror in the bedroom in addition to the bathroom would have helped a lot

Location was good plenty of restaurants in the area.

Hotel was dated needs a refurb, no plugs by the beds no coffee making facilities
