Great amenities, nice staff, comfortable and clean room

Friendly staffs. They tried to make you satisfied The bed was amazing, very comfy. I appreciate the washing machine ; coffee & tea makers. Cozy modern decoration. breakfast is good. Lots of choices Japanese & Thai restaurants

There is no walk-in shower in every room … for me it’s dangerous to climb into the ??

General vybe, room size and design, large comfy bed, staff, pool. Considering the hotel was fully booked it didnt feel too busy.

The first room was a bit musky/damp but they moved us and the next room was fine.

Staff were lovely and welcoming, really helpful. Location is not bad, close to lots of restaurants cafes and amenities like 7 Eleven.Rooftop and pool very nice

They were not super prompt answering the phone when ringing reception Location not super close to BTS or sky train however they offer a shuttle drop-off only (not pick up)

this is good for long term. short term i would stay somewhere else. def bigger than most hotels, probably convenient if you have kids. Thank

Location was very good, but overall the best hotel i have been in, very modern and clean ,best breakfast i have had ,staff very professional and kind the pool was great and to top it all The rooftop restaurant with variety of Japanese and Mexican dishes , all the waiters were fantastic but the head Waitress is the best

I’m Isra from Iraq, I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience.The hotel is excellent and very comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect near to skytrain, buses station the food was delicious, and the cleanliness was outstanding.I also felt very safe during my stay.Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Cool hotel, comfortable room, convenient location.

The road in front of the hotel does get busy, the traffic around the hotel can really get frustrating. At night I would suggesting using a grab car / grab bike to get back as most of the roads aren't lit and they can get quite empty at certain times of the night.

The onsen spa attached is so good and massage is incredible. The pool area is also amazing!

We were asked to carry our luggages when check around 9AM . Poor Service

Centrally located with lots of bars and restaurants around. My room was very clean and the bed and sheets were so comfy. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating. And breakfast was great. Overall, amazing value for money!

The only con I encountered was that the hot water didn’t work in my room, but it was a brutally hot day so it didn’t really bother me too much.

Great location, clean, new, modern…it’s stylized with lots of houndstooth, pop colors, and round furnishings. Bedding was lovely. Room was spacious, The Kevin Murphy amenities remind me of going to the hair salon!

Although totally decent, we didn’t think it was particularly great value. Not saying it isn’t nice nice but one can certainly level up for a more luxe feel for that price in BKK.

My favorite neighborhood in Bangkok to stay in. It is quiet with some really good restaurants near bye. The hotel is incredibly clean compared to everywhere else I have stayed in Thailand. This is the second year I have stayed here and can really see the improvements they are trying to make. The breakfast might I add is AMAZING.

We stayed in a studio and wished there were cooking utensils. There were pots and pans but nothing else to cook with. I received a message from the hotel manager telling me to request this next time, which I certainly will.

Bfast offerings were ok - most of the hot dishes looked like left overs from the night before - was not appealing.

Very well-equipped room, social spaces, gym, pool, spa, etc. it’s a great concept for a hotel and I would stay with this type of hotel in another city in the future.

The hotel itself is annoyingly far from the metro station. Also the road it’s located on is extremely busy with no pavements or crossing. It makes it pretty annoying to walk to/from. They advertise a tuktuk to the station but it runs once an hour, one direction
