Location is probably the best aspect of the hotel secondary convenient price

We booked the suite, was impressive. When i booked the hotel, i requested for extra bed. But when i asked in the hotel, its Baht 1,500 per night - a wood plank with a thin mattress. Is this worth the Baht 1,500?

Beside the space in the room, nothing.

Decor and proximity to bts and mbk

Bed bugs, WIFi constantly down, when brought to attention, the desk staff,  seemed uncaring. He said the best he could do was to take 100 baht off ($3). In his mind, my complaints were trivial, and this was even more upsetting.

The room was fantastic, all the staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and facilities.

Location was great, near the famous shopping malls of Bangkok. The room was very nice with comfy beds. I liked the breakfast and the swimming pool, with a very beautiful bar and garden. The staff help me find a nice spa nearby and booked a private taxi for me to the airport.

Clean and location

Hidden things in the room that I had to look for like the control for the temperature and robes. Would be nice to have little helpful notes to let us know where things are the temperature control was in the bedside drawer and it was an iPad of some sort. Really nice but notes would be nice.

Beautiful pool area with cabana bar, spacious room with large bathtub, walkable location to Jim Thompson House & gallo, as well as several major shopping destinations.

The location is great, near public transport and had everything nearby walkable distance. The staff were extra warm and welcoming.

Location is great, right in the heart of the shopping complex. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, nice swimming pool, even though you're on the main road, the pool surrounds make it seem like an oasis.

The hotel looks tired, could do with a bit of a revamp. Pool bar area could do with a bit of an upgrade. Our room looks over the pool but you also have the skytrain line above which some may not like but we didn't mind it at all.

TV was not smart in my room but it was in the other room I booked.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very nice and the hotel is in a good location.

Lighting controls for the room were a bit annoying. As they could only be controlled from the touchscreen near the bed.

We enjoyed our stay, Room and bed was very comfortable. Good choice at breakfast and good quality.

Hotel was beautiful, especially the pool. The staff were incredible, very kind and helpful. The rooms we very clean and modern. The location was perfect to explore bangkok but not in a noisy area.

Laundry service is slow as they send it out.

Beautiful clean and comfortable hotel, rooms are a great size. Staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely, we used it heaps, but a bit disappointed that it closes early, noting the intense heat in Bangkok.Located close to MBK, trains and general Siam area - we like walking and could easily walk to these. A relatively short taxi ride to the main tourist attractions.

The hotel was great, we particularly liked the large well appointed rooms but the best part was the food!! Both dinner and breakfast are exceptional. The staff are were great too, diligent and helpful and have a friendly manner.
