Mall Suites Hotel

this hotel is closed to train station and 2 big malls, however, quite far from the tourist destination .

the management dont care about the concern of the guest like the doors has no lock, towels and bed lenins are disgustingy old.

Fine location. Really nice people. Nice to be welcomed by the owner. Lovely place to see the fireworks with new years eve We were guided to the restaurant where there was a private party. They gave us room service. But the food wasn't to good.

It all seemed a bit old... The shower was mouldy and no ventilation. The apartment was big but a bit scruffy, stains on the table and sofa. There was no coffee or thea. i would really change the lights, like you are in the spotlight, even in the bedroom

The hotel facilities…my room had a microwave and a fridge It had a kitchen and most importantly I loved the shower experience The view and the price per night was all worth it

The staff was so incredibly nice they could see I was having a problem to my health and they went out of their way one man in particular to help me he walks me all the way to the mall to the ATM machine so I can get out cash to pay for the room so I didn't have to put it on the card even after the carry my bag for me. Who was the tall Indian man he shared me pictures of his boy in his girl who lived back in Pakistan really a nice guy so thankful for him helping me that night and the room was wonderful there were no smells of solvents or detergent fresheners it was just a clean hypoallergenic room with the king size bed just like I wanted the best sleep I've had in a while great convenient location to in the restaurant there is wonderful staff there excellent very friendly people I highly recommend it if I have to stay similar in Bangkok again I will be staying there freej by

I came for the SEVENTEEN concert, and the hotel is so close to the stadium! They even welcomed us with SEVENTEEN songs—it’s definitely extra points!

I love that the hotel is near to where ill be going. I also love the staff and thank you to mr Verachai for his helpfulness on answering and providing a good stay for us. 1. The hotel is nearby shop and restaurants. Those who want to search for halal can go to nearby and also kfc is nearby 10 min walk.2. Im glad that i got a room with a view. We love to open our window just to see it while eating.3. Room service is nice, the room is clean and we got amenities like water bottled everyday. I stayed for 4days and its worth it.4. The price is affordable and reasonable with the facilities provided. Those that want a place to stay can try here.Will definitely book the hotel again in future trips.

I somehow have trouble with the key card. But we got through it somehow after recognising the pattern of how it should work. But anyways everything is okay.

I enjoyed the fried chicken stand near the street side entrance of the hotel. Chan the owner was very kind. Asan was very helpful and kind as well.

The bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. The room smelled and the noise from the street came into the bedroom on the 16th floor. Items that were breakable were not placed high enough out of reach of children. A pipe was sticking out of the floor. There was mold in the bathroom. . The lighting in the room was bright white.

My friend like the location, since it is closed to the mall and various restaurants, easy for them to find the food to consume.

Only it's a bit far away from downtown, and where they would like to go.

Everything perfect. Shopping ,transportation near by.Specialtly pier. It rakes 30 minutes to pratunam main all shopping malls by boat.

They put me in a room with exposed pipes so when people in the upper floor takes a bath or use the toilet, water gushing through the pipes can be heard. Did not get enough sleep since people in the upper floors use the toilet very late at night and in the wee hours.

The location of the hotel is the best! We can go to mall and local market nearby easily. Food around there is really amazing and affordable!

Nice size room with washing machine and balcony. Older building but clean inside room.

i Like the location very much, easily accessible to anything.. the food, the shopping location, the malling for the kidz its very near.. the rest is very good and location for a good stay at all.. also near at the airport..

the only thing i didnt like is the signal of the WIFI, is abit weak and less.. and the foul smell of the small river beside the hotel.. the rest is very good..
