Staffs were nice and friendly. Great services.

I booked king size bed every times that I stayed with them but two of six times they could not do that when I arrived. Low water pressure in bathroom. Sink was not clean.

Felt like we were at home.

Nobody take care customer invoice, both Booking and property. I already state that purpose of trip is business. There is no customer service from hotel and booking support although I raise many request support. Such a shame support from booking, I will never use booking for further business trip

We loved Takumi Restaurant, the quality of the food and the SUPERB service of Nicha, Phoom and also Jek, Noika, Nink and Aung Aing. We actually asked Nicha and Phoom to be in a photo with us. We also appreciated the help of the Concierge who said he had worked at the Hotel for many years.The pool area was a delight. The water pressure in the shower was better than anywhere we have stayed in Bangkok in 20 years.

The Hotel was really nice, with good breakfast, buffet options and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, elevators really quick.

Location was close to my business meeting.

Felt safe & comfortable in the property. Very helpful staff.Maintenance staff was prompt in attending to our problem, and housekeeping too very obliging.

The restrooms need to be mordenized, the commodes are too low and difficult for senior citizens usage.

- The room is a bit outdated.- I have paid the full charge through booking.com but the receptionist said that she couldn’t fine my payment, so she blocked 6,000 baht from my credit card. I really failed to understand how the mismanagement occurred with the hotel at this level. A bit disappointed :(

Awesome hotel and team. Smiling team members and great happy vibe as usual. Hotel has everything one could need for holiday or business. Arparada and Taspicha drive a hard bargain but the meeting room was huge, very well organised and very good service from the team on duty on the 19th and 20th October. Thanks to all involved.

Room spacious and gym was fantastic, bathroom huge with relaxing bath

The service was very nice, whenever we went out of the room we would come back to it being clean, which is something unexpected but the fact that they’d take the time to clean was exceptional. When we had breakfast the staff would ask us for water, coffee, ect which was very thoughtful and going out of their way when us as people could’ve gone. Every interaction with the staff was welcoming and introduced great hospitality. The doormen would speak and make jokes with my son whenever we went to reception, it was very sweet of them to do so when they had the option just to greet us.

The price is a bit unreasonable considering the view was short of what we expected. Although nothing too big.
