The toilet kinda old and looks dirty

The location was ideal for shopaholics like me

The rooms were basic and no one was there to get my bags to the room

The location is excellent - within easy walking distance to several markets, shopping malls, and plenty of local food options.

They should consider changing the breakfast buffet menu more often; I stayed for two days and the selection was exactly the same both mornings. It would also be better if the buffet was refilled more frequently, as some items ran out quickly.

The guys in reception was nice

The hotel itself is not good. Like the balcony door was break was not closing. Got problem with the main door

What I like most about the hotel is the location and the fact that they change the towels and clean the room every day. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a clean hotel

When I booked from booking.com,I saw they writing include breakfast.But after finishing payment,I dont see breakfast options in the Booking ticket. When I arrived hotel and I go to breakfast buffet,they didnt allow and told us your rooms are not included. And also the old bald guy in the Reception gave us worst service.Other staffs are acceptable.

Superb location as it is just walking distance from malls and markets. The hotel is quite old but the rooms were neat. There are lots of nearby spas and street foods

I do not recommend anyone to come to Ten stars hotel. The worst hotel i’ve been in my life - reasons below:1. Staffs were very rude and when we checked in, i asked if someone can take our luggage in, the man was on the phone and did not bother to take care of us. We had to wait for nearly more than 15 mins and the taxi driver was waiting outside. 2. While completing formalities before handing us out room key,they asked us to pay the full amount for our stay else they will not be able to give us our room.Earlier, they would at least give us a day to exchange our money.3. Our room was full of moisture & very small for 3 people and bedsheets not clean. Only 1 tissue given for us 3 people. Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day despite we have put the ‘Make my room’ sign.4. They asked us 600 baht for 6 towels which we used. They claimed we have dirtied the towels whilst it was just our foundation/powder. We had to clean 1 towel to show them that it goes away. The houskeeping were also very rude as if we disturbed them when asked to clean the room.5. You will have to wait for 10 mins to get a lift to go ground floor6. No one picks your luggage if you are checking out. We had to take all our suitcases by ourselves

People were kind and it is a very good place to stay in there . Stayed there for 8 days from 29 November till 6 December . With 4 people two rooms . Recommend hotel . Very kind people and also good place at Bangkok .

room is very small , pictures shown in picture and physical appearance is completely difference , these kind of budget rooms should show react pictures along with measurements

Near the market

The elevator is until 7 floor only I was in the 12 floor I need to carry all my luggage up and down no one help me. The staff is rude and arrogant the lobby you can barely walk thru because a lot of boxes and clothes and people at the lobby hallway .

The location is really close with the shopping area, a lot of foods nearby

The cleaness. I’m not saying the room is dirty but need to be clean more, the towel have small stain in my first night there but after I tell the staff, they change the towel into clean one

Location & proximity is the only positive thing there. Food is ok

Persistant Bad smells in room every day, not pleasant at all, especially at night after a long day out or when you need to rest or even have a bath. Also, same thing at reception, there is a strangely bad smell in this hotel which cannot be ignored. It's really bad.The robineteries were really in bad conditions.It's not my first stay, and this hotel is going down in service. Disappointed with the room.

Stayed for 10 days but the breakfast was the same.

I booked one double room. I came to that know I was given 2 single rooms from booking.com just one day before my departure. I called customer service to assist no answer. I sent messages no response. I called hotel they were not willing to change to one double room. Booking.com already deducted money from my credit card and cannot cancel. I reached hotel and requested them to change my room to a double room. Me and my wife were given 2 single rooms from 2 floors. Booking.com charged me around 12,00 Thai bath. In the evening I paid extra money and got a double room. This booking.com problem and hotel problem. Neither booking.com nor hotel took care of my problem. Bad experience with booking.com and Ten star Inn.After 2 days I got a computer auto response saying that booking.com was busy and could not attend my case.

I did not like Ten star Inn front desk response. They said to me call booking.com to resolve issue. They charged more money and gave me a double room. Hotel took advantage of my situation and charged extra money for a double room.

Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. All Staff were kind & considerate especially Wendy at reception. Very welcoming. Would definitely go back next time we visit Bangkok. Nearby Thai massage super nice & value for money!

Don't have much to say.

The location is great.

I paid for a room with a bathtub and a decent balcony. All I got was a very small balcony and due to the loud noise of the ac, I was unable to use it.

Kindhearted & helpfull staff..specially the white myanmar guy who open the door for us & help us everytime we carry a heavy things ?? spacey super clean room & tidy ?? reasonable price & great location ? easy to find food or 7-11 also helpfull staff when we need to send goods to another hotel & booked a taxi to airport ?? they act very fast just when i inform her to change earlier time stayed in 1315 room for 6 days ow love it so much ?
