After getting oriented the location is very good.

Night check in person was very dour, rest of staff was good. There is limited coffee shop options in morning if you don't take the breakfast buffet.

Location of the hotel was central. Close to air link, metro station, 7/11 and restaurants

The size of the room was very tiny. There was not sufficient space to keep clothes, kettle for the tea, luggage. Simply not enough space in the room. Bed was very soft. Tiny tiny room.

The place is old and tricky between the posted in picture and the reality, most of the staff very useless and not helpfull especially with the staff who trick me with renting a car and ruins my trip in bangkok, the facilities is definitly not good, even they said the airport transfer available but the fact is none, and we as first timer is confuse how to get the hotel, the service very low standard except the waiters in the restaurant is helpfull. The guy who trick us with the car rent is very unpleasant even our trip to bankok feel like very un enjoyfull since the frist time we arrived at the residence it so dirty and stinky and when we request to change the room they just give us the next day with a reason the staff who clean the room is already left. My sumary review is please becarefull with the picture provided in the application and also please ask and read the detail carefully its so absurb and full of lie. And also try to avoide the offer from the staff for guide you or help you to rent a car they will trick you and they are so rude.

Great staff, good location near an MRT and canal ferry stop, close to food options.

The gym and pool facilities are pretty dated and underwhelming. Expensive for what it is, IMO. The room was okay, not great, not bad.

Good sized room and hotel location

Paid for an upgrade to a suite but the photos didn't look anything like the room that we actually had. Everything old and worn, and barely functional. Room was ground floor next to pool which was terrible in the morning with screaming children.

The staff were friendly, there was hot water, the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

Room was dated and the 90's television set with like 10 channels.

We were 4 nights. They cleaned our room every day but not charged the towels for us even though they were so dirty.

The facility needs to renew walls paint, and to be clear as apartment after 9th floor needs stairs walking.

The space for 6 persons is small

The lack of assistance, staff were rude to the point of ignorance. The pictures on their page are not true to life. The breakfast was an absolute joke. Do not stay here under any circumstances

Great spacious appartements very clean but could use some "pimping". A few New colourfull items would brighten the space. Great breakfast.

staff in reception are really helpful and remember what room you are in before even asking .

the hot water was not a hot as I would of liked

it is nothing like the photos. it's old and very run down. it's clean but that is a low standard. The people were great and very helpful but I cut my trip short after 1 day and found other accommodations. Im still Waiting on the refund they promised they would pay me.

Unfortunately it was a very disappointing stay considering this is advertised as 4-star!

Felt more like a hostel standard with the room being so run down and air conditioning making so much noise and the room had a bad smell. Definitely would’ve preferred to pay extra to stay somewhere else.

Excellent location, there was a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel. The reception was 24 hours so we were able to check-out early at 4am as we had to leave for our flight. The room itself was huge and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining room. There's also multiple facilities on the property including a pool, gym, and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!
