It has a good vibe. The staff are nice. It was quiet in my room.

Its a bit dingy and faded but not without character

My friend and I were given a room that was dirty (the bathroom, the bed, everything). We had to complain for them move us to a descent room. I will not recommend this hotel.

The proximity to the city center and attractions is the best.

The washroom cleanliness and the phone to contact reception wasn’t working.

The room is very good, cleanliness is good, staff are kind, suggesting to add pork menu in the breakfast.

The location is not in the main highway but its okay. Easy to commute.

Super friendly staff throughout the establishment. Nice breakfast and lobby area. Many great options for eating street food in the evening made for an interesting stay.

Water in the shower seemed to be hard to supply at a constant temperature. May have been an issue with supply pipes or the mixing valve. The swimming pool wasn't really a pool for swimming.

during my stay, I experienced a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the room. Dirt, dust, and water stains were accumulated under the bed. I also lost my rings that were inside one of the bags in the room. Additionally, the door of the room I was staying in malfunctioned, and I couldn't open it in the morning. I had to climb out of the balcony and leave my balcony door open for the maintenance worker to enter and fix the problem (while I was out due to my tight schedule and multiple appointments). I'm certain that I will not repeat the experience of staying at this hotel.

The staff went out of their way for us. The property wasn’t really fancy but it was all we needed. The staff were amazing and accommodating to us and our 10 year old daughter and 1 year old daughter. Great value for money. Great air con. Close to mbk

The size of room and the location they have mentioned everything is too far but they have mentioned in meters they are misleading the location and the pool which is shown in the pictures is far away in reality and they have charged too high prices compared to pictures shown in the app I request other clients not to stay here they room size is really small and even bathroom is too small it's not near to and location they have mentioned in there profile and we ask for very small helps in reception because of language problem they don't even react if we are standing for so much of time in front of them

It’s a good choice if you wanna save on accommodation. Near restaurants, a market, massage shops, train station, etc.

The property is quite run down with an oversupply of furniture from the lobby up to the corridors?. Though the doors use a card lock system, you cannot open it easily because it’s kinda stuck. During our stay, the management had a screaming/fighting incident so that was that. Also, there is a distinct sewer smell just before you enter the lobby

The lift was broken on several occasions. The first room we were given was an absolute disgrace the bed linen was not ironed and the towels were grey not white. Lots of dust and certainly nothing like the room we had booked The shower seal and grouting was dirty They moved us one floor up to 416 city view was like looking out at a slum. We booked this hotel because there was a swimming pool!! 2 days in I discovered what I thought was a water feature was actually the pool , there’s no way I would have went in the water looked murky. Room service consisted of asking reception to call out for a take away ?? The room we were moved to was slightly better as the bed linen was ironed and the towels were cleaner looking but still needed lots of small jobs seen too. Again the shower was in need of regrouting and a clean. We arrived early Christmas morning and were going straight out to meet family it was a great inconvenience and we were totally disappointed but just had to make the most of the situation

Everything else is awful. The hotel feels like an old garage with useless old stuff from other broken hotels. It's a bit dirty, but it feels much dirtier because of cluttered spaces with decrepit furniture and amenities.

Location is good, plenty of food stalls within a short walk. The staff members are friendly.

The water pressure is low in one of the rooms and water leaks around the toilet. We don’t need four big beds. We are expecting a king bed or two king single beds in each room. Two big beds in each room make the room very squishy. Perhaps you need to change the shower curtains. Give the bathrooms a good deep clean and Perhaps some upgrade.
