Staff was helpful

WTer pressure not working well. Wi-Fi shuts off permanently. Noisy guests from china

Always a different problem. Noisy guests, loud music, no water pressure

Room was excellent

Communication of the hotel employees. For example, I was asking for the nearby park or running trail at a evening for the next morning. One staff was rude.

The location

I booked a club room but found that there were no Club lounge benefits available,the place was closed 90% and when open the only drink available was tea or coffee

The atmosphere, the incredible river views, and the lovely buffet.

It would have been good if we could have spoken some Thai or the hotel had staff more fluent in English.

the tv was not working, old mall screen tv, rooms need a serious upgrade, location is poor too

It is filthy and guess services very poor. We saw rats in the lobby. People working in the front desk speak very very little english. Overalll this hotel should not be a four star. Its very poorly kept

Its a bit out of the city, but Grab works well, so worth staying there, 3rd time?

The hotel lobby is very grand with vaulted ceilings and columns, decorated classically with a touch of tropical flare and elegance. The staff is always available at front desk, including a wonderful concierge who speaks very good English who had great suggestions for activities and dining, as well as always had a car ready for us. The wait staff and all were so kind and friendly, and dressed in beautiful Thai silk. Also the breakfast were so plentiful and fresh, plus dinner and outdoor cafe lovely too!

This is a quaint hotel that may have been 5star in its day. The exterior is looking dated. The location is interesting in that it is on the river, but it doesn't seem to be near anything for the tourist. The views are good, the restaurant was well staffed and friendly.

I think the location was our biggest detractor.

The river view was amazing and the staff was really helpful and nice to us.

You could see the place look outdated and could use a paint job and a make over.

Facility in room, fitness, pool, location, nice view

Quiet, with convenient store and a mall nearby.

Location is good but but not great. Need to travel for some time to be in shopping places, malls or tourist spots. But overall the experience was great.

Someone stole my beige colored shorts out of that room. I took them off and left them on the floor at night before going to sleep. I woke up and put my bathing suit on and when I came back from the pool I noticed my shorts were missing. I sometimes leave my wallet in my short's pocket but this time it was left on a table and was not missing. I also left a brush in an unlocked locker at the pool because I was going to come back after it opened and that was also stolen by someone.

Location was great especially if you want to get away from the city centre

5 min walk to a 7/11 and Terminal 21

Everything, the location the view, the service and the staff were top notch..

Breakfast wasn’t the best for a Muslim traveler, but still was fine.
