Clean, location, staff very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning very difficult to adjust ? blows right over bed.

the location is a big plus - stone throw away from Terminal 21 & BTS/MRT station.

the choice of breakfast is expensive and poor. Reception could be more helpful. The bell boy is much more friendly and helpful.

Simple, clean rooms and friendly, helpful frontdesk staff. Had to take an early taxi to the airport and they arranged one for us that arrived promptly at 4 a.m.!

Room had a weird smell of mold. As soon as I entered the room you can smell it.

The rooms were spacious, with a good layout , especially have the toilet and shower in separate rooms. The bed was large and comfortable, Plenty of storage space for clothes. Good working surface for computer users

Staff and lobby area are amazing, room is spacious but furniture was a bit run down. Shower has amazing pressure. The room has most ameneties, but slippers are available at the front desk.I booked it for the location and for the amazing coffee shop located in the neighbouring building.

The air from the AC was musky, but I managed to survive with it off.

I don't understand the amazing reviews for this hotel. There were a few good things. The location is excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was mostly clean. The price was good.

Overall I am disappointed in this hotel. I found it to be dated and a bit worn. However, the worst part was the smell of sewage in our room. it smelled so bad, we asked to change rooms, but they said they were full. They left us a spray can of room freshener which didn't help much (but at least they tried). Also, our air conditioner kept turning off during the night, then turned back on but blew warmer air. We had to get up a couple times to re adjust it. A technician was sent and the second night was better, but it was still not working correctly. This made the smell issue worse because the room was stagnant. It needs to be replaced. When we were leaving after 2 nights there, I noticed the lobby had the sewage smell as well (and 2 big diffusers to help hide the smell). We were in room 304. Despite the good things, I won't stay there again.

The rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable and quiet. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. So kind.

The room is a bit pricey and lacks a view. The first thing you see when exiting the hotel is a massage parlour with ladies sitting outside. Maybe not a view for a family with children.

Hard to get a better location than this. The Asok MRT and BTS are just steps away, as is Terminal 21 mall with its famous food court. The rooms are fairly comfortable and nicely furnished with modern decor. Everything worked. Seemed clean enough. Attentive staff.

Small bathroom and shower in our standard queen room. Strangely, you must push the glass shower door inward to enter the shower leaving little room to enter and exit. It’s a bit noisy due to traffic and bars and restaurants nearby.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the location was ideal for exploring Bangkok. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making my experience seamless and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Nice staff. Easy check in. Large room and comfortable bed.

Shower was compact to the point of it being difficult to open the door and exit. The shower door did not completely close and allowed all water to escape.Air conditioner light was extremely bright making it challenging to sleep without a mask.

The location is good. The hotel is in an alley which can be a bit intimidating, but the hotel it self is cute and clean. It is good for a short stay.

I loved the hotel location, room and staff. It's a gem of a hotel and I feel lucky to have found it as I go to Bangkok 3-4 times a year for Holliday. The best aspect is the staff who are wonderful and kind. They were genuinely happy and provided excediently freindly service. I am booking this hotel for my next trip for 20 days.
