Great service including staffs and breakfast

Very dated-old stuffy hallways

There were a few things I genuinely appreciated during my stay.The on-site coffee shop was a highlight. The coffee was very good, and the pastries were fresh and enjoyable—definitely one of the brighter moments of the experience and a nice way to start the day.Although the main restaurant felt visually bland and the menu leaned heavily Asian-centric, I will say this: the food itself was fresh, well-prepared, and tasty. I appreciated the quality and care put into the meals, even if the overall dining atmosphere didn’t feel particularly inviting or dynamic.The hotel also has a large pool, which I liked in theory. Unfortunately, due to the size of the hotel and the number of guests at the time, there weren’t enough loungers or umbrellas available. Because of that, I didn’t get to fully enjoy the pool the way I would have liked, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, the positives were there, but they didn’t quite elevate the experience. Nothing was bad—just okay. Clean, functional, with a few nice touches, but nothing that truly stood out or lingered with me afterward.

SC Park Hotel is visually pleasing at first glance. The property is clean, well-kept, and aesthetically easy on the eyes. From a surface level, it presents itself as a solid, professional hotel.That said, the overall experience felt quite underwhelming for me.The atmosphere was very dry and bland—nothing offensive, but nothing memorable either. The energy of the space felt flat, and there was no real sense of warmth or intention beyond functionality. The staff was polite and professional, but interactions remained strictly minimal. Service met basic expectations, yet there was no feeling of care, personalization, or going above and beyond.While I understand and respect that I am in an Asian country, the hotel felt very Asian-centric in a way that didn’t quite translate to a globally welcoming experience. English communication was limited, which made interactions feel transactional rather than hospitable. It gave the impression that international or diverse clientele may not be the primary focus.In short: it looks nice, it’s clean, and it functions as a place to sleep—but for me, it lacked soul, depth, and any sense of delight. If you’re looking for efficiency and visual order, this may work for you. If you value atmosphere, connection, or a memorable stay, you may find it a bit uninspiring.Not bad—just very forgettable.

The hotel itself was okay and the stay was generally good

However, I had a major issue at checkout regarding the invoice. When I requested an invoice for my stay, the staff told me they could not provide a proper invoice because I booked through Booking.com and not directly with the hotel. They said they didn’t know the price and could only issue an invoice showing 0 paid amount, and advised me to check with Booking.com instead.After contacting Booking.com support, they also couldn’t obtain the invoice from the hotel. This was very frustrating, as an invoice is important for my records. Overall, the stay was fine, but the lack of support and refusal to issue a correct invoice left a very negative impression.Finally received the invoice by email.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Varied breakfast but could have some improvements, e.g. croissants were dry, fried eggs were cold

You only catered local dishes...no fried bacon, little to no pastries . The guy who made eggs dis not make it fresh while standing and waiting for it, which meant my eggs was cold every day

Breakfast and the bed . The facility did not have a bar for late night drinks.

The staff! Thailand is known for customer service and after months of being in the country, this hotel might have the best service of all. They take care of absolutely everything you need, 24hrs a day (food, laundry, luggage help, changing rooms, taxis, bringing you deliveries, etc etc), breakfast buffet massive and amazing! Western and Thai foods and omelette bar, so many little shops in hotel

Location is in an almost industrial weird little area that doesn’t feel like Bangkok, rooms are basic but clean, pool area could definitely use a refresh

Beautiful and clean hotel, has absolutely everything you might need - big rooms, the most comfortable beds, clean pool, well equipped and big gym, lovely breakfast. We even extended our stay! Would definitely come back :)

Staff, amenities, room location were all very nice.

Not much for nightlife within walking distance.

18 km from each airport, fortunately cab ride was 13-15 $ usd.. would have been 40-50 in USA

The Room- We stayed in the King Suite which was very spacious and could comfortably fit a extra bed for a child. It also had a full sized fridge, washing machine, sofa area and long desk. - The bed was really comfortable with two large pillows per person. The Hotel- Location was very near the Singapore International School. The back entrance leads to a long street with some nice restaurants, a 7-11 and a very affordable Thai massage establishment.- There's also a small massage shop on site that opens till late, great for soothing the tired muscles after being out and about the whole day.- Breakfast area was also big and spacious, so no issue finding seats.

The Room- As with the property, the rooms feel a bit dated. There was a musky smell coming from the aircon vents as well.- Given the size of the room, the bathroom on the other hand was very small and cramped.- The water pressure from the shower head was a bit weak. Water temperature also fluctuated between hot and cold on one of the nights. - Not sure if I missed it but I couldn't find any utensils in the kitchen area of the room.- There was a mosquito in the room.The Hotel- Carpeting along the corridor also felt old and uneven and there seemed to be a musky smell coming from it. - The breakfast could have done with a bit more variety in terms of food. - Location was good for what I was visiting for but it is very far from the center of the city where all the malls are. Be prepared to travel between 30-60 mins just to get to one of the big malls because of horrible traffic.

It was close to the French school where my son had to take an exam.

It was far from central area and the traffic was insane.

Crockroaches in the room everywhere. Had to check out at 5am to take shower at the office.

Staffs were very friendly,kind,professional and very helpful. Breakfast were excellent!!! Variety and very testy. I’m highly highly recommend. I will definitely go back again

Nothing!!!

The location is not bad,There is a 7/11 down the corner,Breakfast was good but needs more options for halal food, room is comfortable just need to upgrade to the comfort pillow.

Not up to the expectation!

No airport pickup or drop off service. Food was ok but not excellent. No Smart TV in the room and i was given wrong info when checked over the phone before making the booking. We had issues with the cooktop and contacted the reception several times for them to attend the room to check. Before staying in this hotel, we stayed in Fifth Pattaya Jomtien and that hotel was very cheap and offered a good service including early check in, good food, Smart TV etc.

The bed is comfortable and it is quite a low cost hotel. There is a decent gym.

There are some ants in my room and the bathroom towels are old and frayed. Also some of the fittings in the bathroom are broken.

Spacious modern room with bathroom & nice pool/gardens & excellent Thai breakfast (some western options also available).

The safe wasn’t working but they immediately swapped it for a new one.

The property was great. My suite upon arrival wasn't very clean. The walls were dirty, the bedroom walls had blood from guests killing mosquitoes. The living room furniture was old and worn. The sofa cushions were dirty. I let the front know that we weren't satisfied with the condition of the room. We went downstairs for dinner and when we returned there were 3 staff in our room cleaning and painting the walls. We were completely impressed. When they were done, it was like a brand new suite. They even changed out the furniture. The building was completely safe after the earthquake. They sent every room a letter assuring us that the inspection the next day went well. And the breakfast was excellent. The only complaint is that the beds were to firm, and the pillows to soft. But, I didn't wake up with a sore back. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok. Thank you SC Park for taking care of us.

Excellent Aircon that cooled the room down quickly. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent Chinese - Cantonese restaurant, plenty of parking.

Difficult to control water temperature in the shower.

Hotel was very average for the money The extra bed that was ordered during booking the room and was said to be free of charge as then charged out at an extra 1000 baht per night
