Grand Alpine Hotel

The room is clean but the water heater is not working sometimes.

The lobby offers a van rental. The driver who drove us brought us somewhere we didn’t plan. And is forcing us to ride the floating market even if we said we dont want it. Driver shouted at us

Family friendly ❤️. Good service. Clean and good location. Fair price ?. I always see full guests.

*Hotel is near from markets, so 1st time travelers won’t have any problem to buy things that are needed.*Staffs are excellent! Receptionists are very accommodating, luggage porter are very assistive and room managers refills everytimg every single day

Maybe it need a little update on room facilities such as aircon and toilet room

The location was fantastic. Close to all the eateries and massages.

The water pressure for the basin in the room was very low. Bed is too hard.

Only the location as it was convenient

No hot water in the shower. Even after multiple complaints they didn’t fix it. The breakfast was hilarious, no spread at all. Even the omelette was 1/2 an egg

Very good location — it’s in Pratunam where there are a lot of food stalls and restaurants, and a night market, it’s about 5min walk to the Airport Link Ratchaprarop Station, about 10min walk to the stops for bus going to the malls (CentralwOrld, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery), stops for bus going to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun.

Location was near to the to shopping and shops and nearby Indian restaurants. Room was spacious

Hot water was not available in the bath room

Lots of insects and got a lot of acne on body.Bathroom also not so clean

The hotel is centrally located, close to the food center, market, and shopping centers. Walking, strolling, and shopping are all rather convenient.

The location is very near to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Central World, all within walking distance. So many food places can try and good place to have some souvenirs shopping too.

Toilet wasn't cleaned throughly during housekeeping. The lamp beside my bed also very dusty.

Hotel was totally good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is very good. But road is very narrow and car drivers refuse go inside the road.

Lift is very small.

WiFi not working in our room and complained 3 days in continuously but not respond properly .Room also not cleaned every time we asked for cleaning room .totally bad experience

Strategic location near food and night market

No bathroom amenities and slippers. Ac leaked during our stay. Room is pretty basic. The lift seems quite old.

Good location

Room was dirty, I had a feeling that the bed sheets was the only clean thing in the room. Everything else was a complete mess.

The hospitality is excellent 10/10. Staff also speaks good English, really clean and location is very good.

The hot water shower works but takes time for it to run to become hot enough, not really a big problem.. but other than that i have no complaints ?

very near with shopping area

as a muslim traveller the area are good only for shopping but limited for any food or muslim restaurant , they have in area platinum but its too priceyyy but no worry im really enjoy with my stay . recommended !!
