- The room was huge and there was lots of space. There’s also a washing machine as well as everything you need for a long-term stay. The staff let us keep our luggage there before even arriving, for a week, and they were really kind to us. The location is great as well, it’s just at Lumphini park, 10mins away from the BTS and metro with lots of restaurants and plenty of malls.
- Size of the apartment, cleaning staff was exceptional, location was great. Nearby restaurants were excellent.
- We loved how spacious and clean the room was, with complete amenities provided. The bed and sheets were incredibly soft, giving us a restful night’s sleep.The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to the German Embassy, where we had an appointment. The reception staff kindly helped us print some documents for it, which we really appreciated. Plus, there’s a delicious pasta restaurant in the same building.Overall, a great stay. We’ll definitely book here again whenever we’re in Bangkok!

- Washing machine was unreliable, but we made no fuss about it, so there wasn't anything they didn't do.
- Front desk staffs are not helping at all. I was staying two separate dates and asked for Invoices，first time a staff don't speaks English when I used Google translation he still pretended don't understand and refused to do print out for me. 2nd stay I was asking another staff an invoice for both stays, she said only hotel owner can do, she will pass my request to him, after 4 nights I have to checked out , the staff on duty said invoice not ready, I was asking him call owner for me to talk to, he said owner is on vacation not willing to take calls. I have no time since have to take flight go to Chiang Mai so left. ONLY an invoice, other hotels front desk would print out for me just 1 minute thing don't understand why this hotel got such a big issue?

Location is good walking to One Bangkok, mall and MRT. Room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Price is valuable.

Staff very friendly and helpful, late cleaning of the room so that I could enjoy partying during the night, very big room, great location and great resturant just under.

Big apartment with living room, dress room, kitchen, and bedroom. It's a good choice for long stay.The building is quite far from the main road, so less car passed.Close to minimart.A little walk will take you to Metro station and a lot of restaurant.There is a parking space but sometime it's full.
You need to choose breakfast choice every evening so they can preorder and cook it in the morning.The largest room is at the street side, so there're some noisy from the car.The air condition in the bedroom, sometime, very loud.
