Bed was too hard for me. Some others may like it though. Dated but part of the hotel undergoing renovation during my stay

Friendly staff, pool

Hotel is very outdated, the photos on the websites are not a true reflection of how it is. Especially the rooftop.

The people working were very knowledgeable and caring

It was a little far away but they offered a ride down the street to drop you off .

It was not clean. I booked non smoking room but it smelled. I found riches in the room. Not satisfied at all.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The roof top pool was cozy and relaxing,especially after a long and hot day in Bangkok. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful, Especially the manager, awesome person.

Location, Neat Clean, Good food. Overall value for money Hotel.

This hotel has two things it has going for it. First is the staff which is helpful, efficient and professional. But what always makes me go back here is that it is one of the very few hotels that take the shower facilities serious. They are not an after though tucked away in an impossible small corner. The shower is in its own unit as is the toilet. Using one does not block use of the other as happens in so many (4+ star) hotels.

The hotel provides free transportation to the main road, but this is not well advertised, nor obvious, and provided almost grudgingly.

Great location.

The room was old and tired. Mattress very firm. I left after one night.

Rooms were insanely under maintained, it does not look like the pictures at all! I ended up switching to the Sheraton after 1 night (of my 3 night stay) because I just couldn’t bring myself to spend more time at this hotel.

Rooms were nice, clean and big with plenty of room, especially for 1 traveler.

I liked that we were on the top floor next to the pool and that the room was large.I like that there was a scale at reception to weigh my bags as I was flying to Phuket.I like that there was a shuttle to the top of the road.

The curtains didn't open, making the room very dark. There was a coffee machine with only one coffee bag for it. Not much selection of stuff for coffee.Not much place for clothes or hangers but luckily only stayed 2 nights so this wasn't a problem.

Room size big. Balcony ok.

Location slightly too far... But still fine. Actually it's good if you drink lots of beer, walking so you good.

Long walk to Main Street staff will give you a ride in the tuk tuk so that helped

- some staff were friendlier than others, every time we entered the hotel staff were hiding behind the desk on their phones. - At check in we weren’t informed about breakfast or the pool area, we were just given our room key. - rooms were ok but dated

Wifi was pathetic. Weak aignals. Staff didn't give any password until asked. Poor network in my room. Curtains were dirty. Water drain issue in bathroom
