The carpet in the corridors are very worn-out and filthy!!!

Convenient and staff was excellent.

Many different restaurants and street food locations. Even with a wet market across the street with fresh fruits and vegetables, food stalls with mega deals galore.

Perfect hotel with a budget in mind.

Wifi upload to slow 14mb. Impossible to work with.

Cockroaches everywhere. Absolutely insane amount of cockroaches. They will get into all your stuff, your luggage, and carry over to your next apartment. On my request they moved me to another room. Unfortunately every single room apparently is filled with cockroaches

It’s location and the room service is very good, everyday they clean the room..thumbs up!!!.. and were definitely to stay again !!!

Needs English speaking staff for room service, but it’s alright, anyway just a few days stay may consider it understandable..

The staff are kind and welcoming.The location is great, close to the main malls (2-3km), and perfect for anyone who wants to walk or run at the famous Lumpini Park (1-2 km).

I experienced a significant cockroach problem during my stay. I found them everywhere — even crawling into my bag on the floor and inside my shoes. The hotel should take immediate and serious action to address this issue.Because of the infestation, I didn’t feel comfortable touching or using any of the glasses or coffee cups in the room.Additionally, the room feels quite old and would benefit from renovation.

room facilities was excellent , location is good specially nearby shopping malls, total hotel and its restaurent good in cleaning, staff were so good, cooperative.

Mid to low end staff were sweet/helpful. It was cheap. Reasonably located. Probably safe (see 3AM screaming fest described below).

Roaches. I asked for another room and they wanted to charge me. At 3Am on the first night there, some male and female were in the hallway--she was screaming. Lasted at least 20 minutes. Pollution was pretty intense.

Staff was great as you would expect from Thai culture, apart from that all was hell

The most filthy, dirty room on earth, what a disgusting place, my daughter almost vomited in the first day with the egg at the breakfast area, the second day my daughter and my son both puked all the egg they ate from that filthy place.The room had tons and tons of hairs and we killed more than 20 cochroaches, what a nasty place, don't come here ever. delete this place

Worth the price, the room is clean and comfortable, the staff are very helpful and friendly. This place is also very convenient as there are shops and restaurants nearby.

I have always stayed there whenever I visited Thailand. Because I like the location and feel safe. The breakfast is fine and the staff are nice.

The hotel location is close to my office. The room is clean, and the price is acceptable.

Location: close to street food market and easy to catch the bus to Metro station.

Pillow is too high. Bathroom has small insects coming from the hole under the basin.

It was convenient for the area I needed to be in. I had 2 bookings for different times. The 2nd booking I asked to move rooms due to a noisy air con unit. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception lady was amazing , polite and very friendly with each interaction .
