Breakfast needs improvement

we selected bc of the location (close to the red airport line), for that it was perfect. breakfast is really good. the pool and the gym are well equipped. Professional staff. Great view to Bangkok.

a good renovation in and out would be needed. you cannot open the window.

Oh so many things especially hotel’s elevator it’s taking forever!!

We booked a junior suite which was a good size and accommodated our family of four comfortably however there was no sofa bed as indicated when booked, just a small sofa.

It was extremely disappointing to book a room with a sofa bed and then not have a sofa bed nor an additional bed provided. Our daughter slept on the sofa and we were only provided a couple of duvets/ quilts without covers and which were badly stained. In addition they tried to charge us for the bedding! It all felt a little dated.

Location is near Chinatown

The staffs - from the receptionists to chamber all Knew too little English - very difficult to communicate. Working and service attitude is very poor.

Photos as advertised is way different, everything is old. Also booked 2 rooms as we are travelling as family, however, rooms they gave us are in different floors. Requested if we can move to the same floor, but says no available. Also, location is far from the center so you'll have to book a cab (average cost is 350 bhat each trip which I think is still reasonable.) But if you're booking a big cab to fit 5-6 people, average waiting time for a big cab to accept is 20-30 mins so if you're in a rush, you'll end up booking 2 cabs and will cost an average of 600 bhat per trip.

Poor

Paid for an Executive suite which was sub par.Half the amenities were missing, including table, chairs & microwave. I was given the choice at check in for a double bed or 2 singles. I chose a double but was told none available. Toilet had a permanent leak that travelled along the floor. Kettle supplied but zero tea or coffee. Booked breakfast but was then told it wasn't included. Wifi was horrendously unreliable. It would just cut out, then you had to sign in EVERY TIME it came back. Staff never smiled once the whole time I was there. Nobody to help with cases. For the price paid it was woefully inadequate.

The room was fine. Everyday morning the room is cleaned.

Customer service could be much better. We arrived at Bangkok between 01:00-02:00am. We sent a message on booking.com to inform the hotel about this but it was not taken into account. We had to sleep in the lobby and wait until the following day at 14:00 to check in. If the customer service on booking.com was on point, we would not have had this issue.

Good value for money. clean. comfortable. close to restaurants etc and the main train station.

A dated hotel but still very comfortable. Breakfast could have been better with more variety. Lifts take a while, just be patient.

It's quiet place.. Not in a crowded area and no traffic.. Nice view from our assigned room. Shuttle available in selected destinations (one way)

Far from tourist attractions.. You need to ride when you will go somewhere..

Its very peaceful and feel home when I reach hotel. My room is on 16th fl. and view is very nice and open. Staff are very sweet and helpful. Its little far from Metro and BTS but its easy that you get taxi all the times. I have use app for taxi and its really convenient. They have also scheduled Suttle to take you to the metro 3 times day which save you money.

The weather is humite so I have headache most of time. but when I go inside mall and in the hotel in ac then I feel relax. luckily there is ac everywhere. I actually love travelling by taxi as its so affordable and very relax.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and housing staff gave extra pillows, blanket when requested.

The gym smelled really bad, maybe the mattress on the floor. Smell was really dusty. No advance information that pool can't be used. That information came to our acknowledge when entering the lift.Breakfast is eatable.
