Hard bed, noisy

The location is great. It’s right across from 7/11,pharmacy, and laundry. Laundry machine were both wash&dry and it added soap. It’s was the first I’ve seen. Down at the end of the road is small night market which was also great. Also another store across from 7/11 where 2 ATM are.

Place had few small ants. As me and another gentleman were checking out some lady I’m guessing manager or owner was standing over us like she was rushing us to leave. Felt really uncomfortable.

Staff behaviour because we reach there at 1 pm we have very long flight we ask her give us favour can we check in little early but she rudely ask if we wants to check inn now we have to pay 300 Thai baht

This property are non refundable and non changeable dates If any one faces some emergency issue and can't be check in than all payment are wasted..

The location was fine, rates were perfect. Bed is definitely on the harder side but still fine! Food available outside, 7/11 right there as well! All fine for us.

The room was nice and big, the pillows were comfortable. Nice and clean.

There was no breakfast, no tea or coffee. No toilet hand soap.

It was good. The cost reflects the value for money. Nice for a short stay (1-3 days). Bathroom could use some of improvement but did the job. Overall not bad. Nice view from the top.

Location was good we only had a short 10hr stay, so served its purpose. 7 eleven just facing and a few places to eat

A bit dirty

I like the staff and the location the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and very sweet kind people and the location is really sweet it's very homely wonderful people in the neighborhood. I love that the 7-Eleven is right across the street and that store to the right of the hotel and all the other little eateries and the lotus and big C up the street around there and stuff.

Can't say much on that it is what it is just like anywhere else

We stay just few hours as had early morning flight..alright for quick stay

Checking at 10pm and needing to pay with cash is very inconvenient, as everywhere you can pay with card. with one year old child wanting to have a sleep.

Location suited me and opposite a 7 eleven.

Bed was like a mortuary slab, rock hard.

Good location , close to the airport and many shops , the room was large and very comfortable.

staff were great and honest I was paying the 500 baht and mistakenly gave the lady a 1000 baht note and she pointed it out to me .OUTSTANDING :) :) :)

I think the room deserves a good cleaning . I noted that the light on the 5th floor was out and nothing was done about it .It is pretty dark there and you can't see the buttons .

Location to the airport.

NO HOT WATER!! No shuttle to the airport. Mattress too hard.

Room size, location and stuff

I found some cockroach in the living room.

The room was much bigger than I expected and a great deal for Bangkok. A/C worked well. Nice to have the shower on the balcony so the floor of the bathroom doesn't get wet. The second floor has a small gym with a punching bag, great to throw a few swings every time I come down the stairs. The fridge stays on even when the room power card is removed, unlike some other hotels. Front desk staff speak decent English.

Booking.com charged me 414 THB per night for using the Booking.com search to find the property. When I go to Google Maps, click on the hotel listing and then follow the Booking.com link, I get a rate of 377 THB. Booking.com is sneakily taking advantage of the fact that customers are not seeing the competition's prices when searching on Booking.com. It's been 11 days now since I made my Price Match claim, and customer service continues to stall - requesting the same information three times in a row, then asking me to submit an invoice when they are the ones who handled the payment. I've booked 100+ hotels through this platform over the past few years, but I will never again use Booking.com to search for a hotel after this experience.

Close to the airport about 10mins and had a/c, really close to 7/11. There is a lift.

It was so dirty. The a/c wasn’t working when I got there and there was a lot of water coming out of the fridge. I let reception know and they fixed the a/c and completely ignored the water on the floor even when I called attention to it the second time. The room is super noisy because of the a/c vent outside and was super dirty. The toilet looked disgusting, the room smelled like damp, there were holes on the towels and the decorative pillows were full of holes as well. There were stickers from clothing sizes someone stuck in the walls and they didn’t bother to remove and there is no window. No one informed me I had to pay in cash at the property and I had no cash left so because of the atm fee I ended up paying 30% more for the room.

Nice staff, when my wallet was stolen, the staff even took me to withdraw money for me.

I think it's okay so I don't see anything I don't like.
