Big size room, fairly well maintained(the room I was in) 5 min walk to BTS

the staff were extremely un professional ,the hotel is not by any means 3 star rooms were dark old and dated shower room was grubby rooms were musty smelling. but again it was the attitude of the staff that really makes this hotel an awful experience .

The location is perfect! I only need to walk 5 minutes to my meeting place. There are numerous great food options, as well as many 7-11s and Lawson's, and shopping malls near the hotel.

The shower is not working, as the water is a bit cold. When I rang the reception, they told me to run the water for five minutes. The idea is a bit wasteful, and the water is still cold. Maybe the hotel is full, and the hot water has been used up. Even the swimming pool water is cold.

Great location. The staff were kind enough to bring my Grab orders to my room. I was able to have a late checkout and stay an extra night for fairly cheap. I got a good last minute deal on the room overall based on what I needed and where I need to be. I felt safe as a solo female. Had an air conditioner that I could control.

The beds are terrible. I cannot overstate this enough. Imagine laying on a piece of cardboard that covers your kitchen countertop. That’s how rock hard the beds are. It’s horrendous. I ended up getting a massage my last night (this place called Dream House… whoaaaa.. amazing), and only after that did I have one nights sleep. Also the shower doesn’t always get hot, just warm. But this morning it didn’t even get warm. And it’s not a real shower, it’s just a narrow half pane of glass separating the shower area so it gets cold. Also, even though I upgraded to a deluxe or supreme room, my view was blocked by a giant concrete wall of the neighboring building that covered the entire window area. Very little natural light. So I recommend asking what the view is for your specific room.

The room was nice. Clean, full of necessary resources and well-maintained. Breakfast (if included in your booking) had Thai, indian and western options which was great. Overall nice stay.

I would have liked to know ahead of time that the breakfast was at the attached Indian restaurant. They also had British options, but unfortunately not done well (ie cold beans, no tea other than Indian tea.)

It's right across the road from a big Shopping Mall (emsphere) with food court and coffeeshop. Metro and everything else is walking distance. It's a quiet and easy for the taxi to reach

The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast is not worth your time. The food in Bangkok is amazing but this is just average. No view from the room

The place is run down. I booked a room with cityview but was given a room with a wall view. When I complained I was told the room I wanted was occupied. So I asked why did they accept my reservation which if course correspond to the rate they published. So then I was shown a room with a partial city view which I took. The keycard to the room does not work well, the curtain is torn. The lamp socket was loose and needs to be adjusted. The vault is broken. No hand towels. The shower knob looks filthy and hard to adjust. No extra toilet paper. No son and his wife also booked here and their room has cockroach. They were moved to another room but were not able to sleep well because of bedbugs!I also like to mention the breakfast they have the trays are always empty or half empty. My coffee was cold so I asked for a fresh brew. But what they did is microwaved it! Very few selection for breakfast not to mention bacon is replenished with just few pieces of soft bacon. The worst breakfast in a hotel so far.

The property is so close to Emphere which is why I booked this property. I wasn’t expecting just cross road is the shopping mall that I want to go for the event held at the mall. Amazing I love it a lot as it’s so convenient! The room is good and the aircon is cold I love it a lot as coming back from the hot weather it would be good to come back to a cool room.

The mirror is facing the bed which in a lot of Chinese believe is that it lead to another dimension so I do have to cover up the mirror before sleeping. The bed is slightly hard but I’m able to fall asleep effortlessly. The toilet is slightly rundown but functional, I won’t soak in the bathtub but shower as per normal is good enough.

Excellent stuff and their hospitality . In word superb.Room was so nice and wide. All facilities are there.

Breakfast need to more develop.Stuff and facility not enough faster but at all good.As we are in pick season room rent was so high. It shouldn't be.

Location and cost

Rooms were very dated and poor plumbing, nNot advised of no phone in the room. So when my wife tried to call me due to cell phone issues, the staff said they tried calling my room 4 times and that I must be out. THERE IS NO PHONE, SO WHAT ARE THE STAFF STATING IM OUT FOR?

Worse hotel i ever stayed in Bkk

Not 4 stars at all. Maximum 2 star place. Rundown old and not clean. We had booked 5 nights but moved out after the first night. Vicinity has a lot's of better places for same price.

Disappointed

We paid for breakfast and they said it’s over and there is no hot water and water not drained and bath tub is of no useOverall disappointed They are very keen about charging extra but won’t take care of the room
