Very welcoming and helpful staff, plus a convenient location close to the airport for a layover.

I didn’t enjoy my stay at this place. There was mold, and the room smelled like a closed, stuffy space. The walls were extremely thin — I could hear everything, even the person next door turning on their light switch through the wall. The bathroom felt unclean, and showering there made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, it didn’t feel hygienic or restful.

I like the location of the hotel. Close to the airport and easy to get there.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The hotel only provides two pillows, which means each person only gets one pillow. We had to call and ask for more pillows. The service could be better, and the staff’s attitude could be more friendly.

absolutely everything! im kinda sad i wont be staying here for more than a few hours to catch a connecting flight. The tub was just what i needed to relax and soak after 20 hours of travel!

everything is perfect - hot water took a little bit to get to the tub but once it did it was perfect!

Everything was amazing, far exceeded my expectations. Close to the airport and the staff was very kind, even bringing our luggage in as soon as we arrived. The room and bathroom were top tier.

Close to the airport, shuttle to hotel and back to the airport, breakfast. Meals start at 6 a.m., so even early morning flyers have the option to eat.

The shower door doesn't close. You have to lock it with a chain so the door won't open.

Warm welcome, large and clean room, small pool with few comfy pool beds. Location is good: close to airport but also lively, at the end of the street are a 7-eleven and a fab restaurant. Lots of other food options too, including a night market,

The bed was on wheels, moved a lot when sitting on it. Low water pressure (which meant using the great looking bath was kinda impossible).

Close to the airport for a quick stay. Food was lovely, and the breakfast was good. Nice wee pool too.

The area doesn't have much to offer but if only for a close place to stay at the airport it's fine.

Very easy check in process. I was up to my room in no time. The staff were friendly and informative and the pool looked sweet but I did not have time to enjoy it.

Some paint and calking in the bathroom looked old with slight damage but it did not hinder my stay. No food nearby but many 7/11

Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but the main highlight of the trip was our bartender Alam. He was so friendly and accommodating and gave us plenty of great recommendations. Thank you so much Alam!!

This has been my second time staying at this property and I loved it just as much as I did back in 2017. The location, the pool, the breakfast, the rooms, you really can’t ask for more. However, this time my friends and I had the pleasure of meeting Alam, the bartender. Alam was so attentive and kind to our whole group! Alam is such a positive beckon of energy that truly made us feel welcome and excited for our stay in Thailand! We even went so far to book our last night in Thailand at this property to say goodbye to our friend Alam! Highly recommend the Vismaya Suvarnabhumi Hotel!

Nice modern style facility. The room was very comfortable, the pool was well kept and a nice temperature. When we arrived they took our luggage and held it till we came back later and quickly got us to our room and brought extra pillow right away. we used their shuttle to get to the airport and at 4:50 a.m. they were out in the hall ready to take our luggage to the shuttle for us. Close to airport.

Location is not near a metro station.

I LOVED this place! I’m an avid traveler, but this is my first time in Thailand. I stayed here since it was close to the hotel as I just wanted a place to rest and recover from travel fatigue and jet lag (I’m from the U.S.) the bed was super big and comfy. My favorite part was the bathtub! I brought onsen bath minerals from Japan and soaked to help with leg soreness from traveling for so long. The staff was SO friendly, welcoming, and kind. My bed had little white beads in it.. I think it was dry detergent or something. Anywho, I asked for a change of sheets and within seconds I had new sheets free of the detergent stuff. The pool is absolutely beautiful and it was in a very quiet area so I was able to get more than enough rest and relaxation. There is a restaurant in the hotel that stays open until 1am. They offer traditional Thai food as well as western dishes so there is something for everyone! They also serve delicious alcoholic drinks! Also there is a 7/11 very close in walking distance which was nice! I definitely plan to stay here again!

Only think I didn’t like was the water in the shower was finicky. I couldn’t get it to the perfect temp. One second it’s freezing cold and the next it was too hot… other than that issue everything was great.

We arrived at BKK airport in the nighttime, and needed to take a shuttle service to Koh Kood Island in the morning. The shuttle service was set to depart at 5AM. After looking around at a few accommodations, we decided to book this place for its location and price. They have a shuttle service for 100 Thai Baht / person, one-way (to the hotel / BKK airport), which is slightly cheaper than ordering a taxi. Although we were only there for less than 5 hours, it was great to freshen up and rest. Minimal toiletries were provided. The bathroom area can be covered by an external curtain.
