The room was very dry and hot. The room needs better AC

location which is nearby the bts station and helpful staff

no elevator/lift but luckily staff help to carry the baggage

Room on ground floor people sit outside room and talk loudly very late. Staff do nothing to determine.

Loved the location and shower. Great to have an attached massage place.

The lights in room 305 didn't totally turn off, so it was like sleeping with mild sunlight in your room. We were so tired we weren't willing to change rooms and just dealt with it.Definitely some street noise as the hallways are open to the outside. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Hot water working on and off, we stay 4 days and only 2 days have hot water.

I like the property's location. Walking distance from the BTS station and it's near restos and cafes. It's also just a few stations away from Siam Center.

This is nitpicking but there are no windows inside our hotel room which can make it stuffy.Also, no slippers.

Very well positioned along the Skytrain network. The 2-bedroom unit was clean and the bedlinen and towels were fresh and I believe, fairly new. I surmise that this is a fairly new hotel premises. ❤

Would have been nice have an elevator even for a 3-storey building. Can be a challenge for the not-so-young to navigate the flights of steps to the 3rd level. One of the bedrooms does not have any windows to allow natural light in. Hard to detect when morning has broken. ?

We had a ground floor room right beside the pool. Ideal for breakfast by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room had no window so we overslept the first day.

I like the beds, they were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel was close to MBK center.

The pool was just outside the entrance of the hotel, next to the parking lot, which was very wierd to me. Not nice at all. I din not enjoy the breakfast at all. Simple and small.

The property is well located if you want to visit a more commercial side of town, there are many big shopping malls and shopping street just minutes away, and it is very well connected to the airport with public transports.

There is no window, so the only way to make air circulate is by opening the door (the door opens to an open corridor/balcony). The pillows were a bit too chunky for us. Traffic noise is a bit loud, but too be honest we experience the same in both hotels were we stayed in Bangkok.

The hotel's location was great, close to the BTS, street food, 7-Eleven, good cafes and MBK. The pool was nice and well-maintained.

When I first arrived, the room smelled weird and was not cleaned well. The room didn't have a window which made the room feel smaller. Breakfast is simple, you get three choices, but everything is fresh and tasted good.

I needed to book a hotel for my parents with a parking for their car and found this hotel on google map. Perfect location near BTS to get around the city and great location if needed to drive to Suvarnabhumi airport without much traffic.

We had a strange encounter with a man who guards a parking area of the hotel. When we arrived, he stopped us and asked if we have a booking which we said yes. Then he proceeded to tell us if you don’t already have a booking, the hotel is probably already full. He kept saying that a few times that I had to repeatedly told him I booked the hotel online and can we please park our car. This is totally inappropriate and ridiculous. Why the parking security has a right to tell the hotel guests if there’s a room or not. The way he questioned us made me feel so annoyed and uncomfortable.

I liked the location and the staff was very hospitable

Convenient location close to BTS

The room was small and did not have a window. Non availability of a window could not be identified when the booking was done.The breakfast was poor and well below the standards offered by other similar hotels.

I liked leaving this hotel and the location, nothing else

No windows in the room, lighting is poor, walls are dirty, bed is uncomfortable, the school opposite has a massive loud speaker going from just before 8a.m. which would awake the dead. The tiny swimming pool is in the car park, there is no lift. For the price this probably the worst hotel I have stayed in in Thailand
