staff provides good costumer service.

Room is nothing special- looks basic. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel- food did not taste fresh.

When made the booking, it was supposed to be with breakfast included, but apparently at check in, to find out that the booking was not covering the breakfast.Disappointment is not with the hotel, but with your service at booking.com for that being clear or honest about the breakfast issue.

The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and modern. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provided good service and were always helpful. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the airport and the city.

Nothing significant to mention—overall, it was a great stay.

Spacious room, good airco, bed and pillow. Desk for working. Clean and proper bathroom with hot and cold water and good shower. Great and extensive breakfast buffet. Dinner options. Nice pool overlooking the skyline. Proper gym with good airco. Helpful and kind staf

Location not close to Center or tourist spots (but airport is easily reached). More a business hotel.

The crew see you struggling with your luggage for the taxi. No one acts and see anything, the room card was early deactivated and weren't able to use the elevator and had to go down again to ask what is happening took us 30 min.The worst of everything is the swim pool which you can't order drinks because there is no one at the bar.Boring hotel and can't believe the rating that shows on booking that its given by real guests.No vibe, no rooftops bar for such a large hotel.Serious advice don't go there it's in the middle of nothing there is nothing nearby.Even not for one night. For a 5 star hotel i never felt so bored. They mainly host flight crew members and chinese guests in suites.Its a clean hotel the rooms are large but there is Seriously nothing to do or to see.The restaurant and bars or coffee corner doesn't have any view. The hotel owner should reconsider the pool and the bars location especially because the hotel is so isolated from any fun places. TO MAKE IT WORTH STAYING. Its in the middle of nothing

I liked the shower pressure and temperature. The nice view from the window. The bed and sheets were comfortable.

The food. It wasn't bad, it tasted like hotel food though.Street food, or small vendor food is a better option.Thai food is so good and everyone makes it, so it's easy to find elsewhere.

Excellent service as our room connected and in the shower hot water was not available and fixed immediately by the technician, ? all is well maintained.

Break fast way too expensive, we paid a om for one night and breakfast should be included , downside in pricing .

For me, the best thing of the stay was the comfort of the bed. You could just sink into them. The view from the hotel room was amazing.Friendly staff and no issues with anything.

We knew before but keep in mind that you need a taxi (can be arranged in some minutes by the staff!) to the city center. Costs no more than 300 bath so no problem at all.

Absolutely everything and more this place 8 will a million percent be returning to excellent value for money

They had no smoking all thro out , so had to go all the way down from the 21st floor for a cigarette, a balcony would have been nice but my view was amazing the hotel was amazing the staff was excellent in everyway

Language service bell ? boy can't lift up 20kg bags .room service poolside bar service very poor. If you don't take your credit or debit card you won't get drink service. Very old fashioned not charging to your room pay upfront Not happy with service

Property was clean and comfortable

USD 200 was missing from the room . Complained to the manager who came and took pics from the room . They said they will let me know the next day but didn’t hear from them until i checked out

The location of the hotel, the room and its view is ok, i think the hotel offers good hardware while the software like the service shall be further improved.

The reception at the lobby and for breakfast is just so so, they shall give more convienence to the customers.

Restaurant close at 0:00. Usually after we like to seat woth friend in a pub but even pub is closing cery early.

They were renovating the rooms on our level & the paint smells were terrible. Issues billing to room after making sure credit details were correct

Very helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is well situated for Bangkok airport and Sky train links to the city. Very good breakfast. Good size swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and well maintained.

We stayed on the executive floor giving us access to a private lounge. The refreshments in the lounge were disappointing but the duty manager personally resolved the issue. A very good ambassador for the hotel.
