Metz Pratunam Hotel

The property is always clean and it smells so good. It is near 7 eleven and there are a lot of places to eat good food around the area. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. There’s also a small lift if you don’t want to use the stairs. The staff are very accommodating and really helpful. They even helped us bring our luggage to our room during check-in. And it is so thoughtful of them to give us a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in and did the same with a drink and a dessert upon check-out. It was really a pleasant stay at Metz Pratunam.

It is a bit far from the train station but still good since most of the things we need are within reach. It’s easy to book a grab ride in the area. The wifi connection is not that stable.

It was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room did not have a table and a chair, I felt uncomfortable as I had some work I had to do with my laptop for working inside the room was not very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming.The staff were all super friendly and helpful—it really made us feel at home. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and the room was bright and cozy thanks to the big windows. We also really appreciated the free breakfast every morning—it was such a nice treat!The location is amazing too! There are so many yummy places to eat just around the corner, and there’s even a massage place right next door—super convenient!We visited during Songkran and were so touched that the hotel gave out cute little water guns so we could join in the fun. And when it rained, they even offered us umbrellas. These little thoughtful gestures meant a lot.Thank you so much to all the lovely staff and for every breakfast you prepared for us. We’re truly grateful and had such a happy, comfortable stay—it felt just like home!

Cozy bed and convenient location.

The light in the room is not bright enough.

Really nice and friendly staff. It is also located in the center of bangkok but in a small street which makes it more peaceful and quiet. Really like the night in there. I can walk around and enjoy without noisy vehicles.

Location is good and room very clean and comfy. Only set back is the room a bit small. Breakfast can give 5 stars if you like western breakfast!

Completely versatile, as we need to do a late check in and late check out. They've granted our request and even took care of our luggage. Staff are very accommodating and they know how to really serve. Felt that we've requested alot of things but they pulled through.

The staffs were very friendly. The service was good they came checked room before you check out…. they served welcoming drink and goodbye drink too

The bathroom space is sho smoll huhu but clean

Room is clean but very small, it wasn't a problem for us, because we stayed only for one night, but its not really suitable for longer stays. Breakfast is really delicious.

Location, facilities, warm staff members

Loud noise in the morning and neighbours. construction workers started drilling the wall at 9am in the morning.

I like the staff's hospitality and the location—it is near (within walkable distance) shops, markets, and malls.

Lovely staff who always help with a smile. Very convenient location close to the night market and also the MRT line from Suvarnabhumi airport..The room is so clean and cozy.If I visit Bangkok again, I will happily stay there!

The hotel is located at a pretty good location where it is close to the train station and major malls. The place is clean and comfortable and the staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly.

My room was quite small compared to what I saw and expected when I made my booking.

This was the 3rd time we stayed, apart of been slightly far from the nearest bts, the rest was perfect. Massage shops, convenient stores, restaurant were just nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and they even compliment breakfast for our latest booking. We would love to continue staying there whenever we visit bangkok
