Nice lobby, polite if ineffectual staff

No internet for 12 hours first day of stay. Staff could only say it works well sometimes, not well other times. I left keys with front desk, but no housekeeping service provided. This hotel rents rooms as apartments, poor location for tourists.

The rating on Booking was seductive but didn’t meet the expectations unfortunately.

Smelly room, not clean even the sheets were dirty.Bad attitude of the reception as they refused to change the sheets at the night.I didn’t like anything about this hotel to sum up.

Location and friendly staff. The staff really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Sometimes communication gets in the way, but they really “Made a plan”

Didn’t get the room I booked several weeks in advance. No view and ruined my stay.

The room is spacious. The furniture is very functional and good for us having a lot of little things everywhere. We book it because there is a balcony for smoking. The staff are very nice and helpful.

It is not in the center but there is shuttle for the BTS. Anyway, we use Grab to go out.

The staff was great. The rooftop pool was awesome. I was also happy with the breakfast.

I don't know Bangkok well, but I suspect the location isn't the greatest. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, and would certainly consider staying again.

Location is bad. Wi-fi is non-existent. Staff is annoyed when asked for something. Rooms are far from being soundproof as it is claimed on the listing. Too many problems to list. I added photo of the "city view" from my room.

Free breakfast of good value every day! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony and a clothes rack. We like the bathroom a lot - it’s spacious and clean :) we stayed here for 3 nights and didn’t wanna leave!

Pool is quite small for swimming. But it’s a nice spot for sunbathing in the morning :)

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The free shuttle to the pier was lovely too.

The beds are quite firm. There was workconsteuction work getting done up at the pool and could be heard from the room. There is a rooster that is quite loud too.

The staff were so kind and helpful. It was clean, well maintained, breakfast was good value.

Getting out of pool was difficult. We are older, 65 and 72, ladder was difficult to climb.

The location is very peaceful and you can see temples around. The 711 store is just walking distance and open 24/7 which makes it more convenient and easily accessible.Grab taxi is available any time.The reception staff and house cleaning staff were always there to assist you.

Breakfast options are same almost every day. They should work on variations every alternative day.Booking.com had confirmed free taxi pick up from airport which just disappeared from the confirmation page by the time our arrival date neared, which we observe was very unprofessional from booking.com's side.

1.Staff are great – Made us feel at home with their warmth and quick service (e.g., fixed the shower temperature issue immediately) .2.Room was spacious & comfy – Everything worked. There’s a drying rack in the balcony if needed.3.Location is a WIN – Step outside and you’ve got: * 7-Eleven 1 minute away.* A market right at the right hand corner across the road. We had our first Michelin level Thai noodles on our first day – we went back multiple times for more authentic Thai food and fruit.*A cheap, air-conditioned food centre just 2 mins’ walk at the left hand side of the hotel.4.Free shuttle to BTS (and Pier) (until 1pm) saved us from Bangkok’s killer heat. **Tips for future guests:** - **Walk to Icon Siam** (or take the boat from the pier on yellow boat) – a must-go shopping mall where you can have fine dining, enjoy great view over Chaopaya river, watch the fountains and fireworks.- **Google Maps is your BFF** – Found more cool spots nearby just by wandering.

1.5-star is a stretch – more like a nice 3-star. Don’t book expecting luxury. 2.Pool on 9th floor is a bit too small for us to want to jump in, but it’s not a bad place for a sunset view.
