Thomson Residence Hotel

Locations.

Yes, and willing to share pictures, room was not what we expected, drapes were torn. We can go on and on. Will not stay in this hotel in any future.

It’s very covenient for us to stay during Hyrox event. We can just walk to Bitec easily. Also have very good coffee shop

We liked the atmosphere and good service from the staff. We also liked that there is a big fridge and a microwaveThe swimming pool and gym are good

The distance from places, altho they have shuttle service every hour or so

We liked the big fridge and microwave, good air-conditioning system, comfortable bed, big tv with many channels, safe, swimming pool and gymWe also liked the big free parking area

We did not much like the walking distance from restaurants altho there is a 7 eleven close by but it is a narrow walk thru to arrive to it. Anyhow you can use Grab / taxi or your car to go to places

Free shuttle to bts and the room had a washing machine.

Mold in shower and showerhead and damp smell, helped some after staff recleaned the room and drains. The room was worn, some damage to walls and other surfaces.

The staff were very accommodating and always pleasant. The rooms have washing machines. Pleasant neighborhood.

Would like to have had a room on the street side of hotel.

The rooms were perfect. Good place of you travelling with family. Staff at the reception can communicate in English and they are very helpful.

Place is a bit far from the Centre but we were OK as we were traveling with kids.

Clean, accessible, great location.

The room accommodation was good. The hotel staff are courteous and accommodating. The service is good.

No service to pick from BITEC. Or service to pick up from Bang Na Station

We did not have breakfast in the hotel. The swimming pool is small. The good thing that the hotel provide the shuttle bus from hotel to station

Swimming pool

Close to the exhibition center

Beds where very hard, shower was either terribly hot or terribly cold

Location and friendly staffs

Some cigarettes smell in the bathroom. Possibly from previous guests who skip the policy and did smoke in the bathroom.

Our first room had a problem with the washing machine. They upgraded our room, to a grand suite. The service was absolutely amazing!

Good location, clean room, large bed, security.

Not much to do nearby.

Great to have the entire apartment to ourselves (with family). Each room had its own AC

One room was leaking from the ceiling during the rain storms which happened often.

Good

The staff wasn't welcoming nor speaks good English.. the main reception was on the other side of the road, n I had to carry my luggage by myself across the road to the rooms.. I didn't feel safe as the entrance to the lift lobby to the rooms had no security

The whole stay was great, the building looked high end and the cars at the parking garage were mostly luxury cars so this will tell you a lot.

The wifi was quite slow especially on the first 2 days, there was almost no internet. But I actually bumped into the owner and he asked if there was anything I needed. I mentioned about the wifi issue and after an hour it was resolved.

The room.

It would be great if the reception and my room in the same building. I had cross the road to check in and check out.

facilities in the room were complete. 7e also is just nearby. staff were nice and friendly too.

the bed was not comfortable, the toilet flush does not function well and we couldnt get a late checkout :(

Handy to BITECH. AY the front office staff member couldn’t do enough she was a great asset to your residence.

No bar or cafe facilities.
