Very convenient. Near to main shopping mall, BTS station, 7/11, cafes

The location is perfect specially if you love to shop around Pratunam area. The hotel staff is friendly they will also clean the room everyday.

they have only one lift

First the price is really good specially if you’re under budget, bonus are the staffs specially the front office manager Mr ( bald guy) and the door guy i think his name was Kong, they always kind, nice, helpful and accommodating. Proximity to everything is just a bonus.

The guy staff in the cafe was a little rude for many time we dine there it has been his attitude

There’s only one elevator, which gets really inconvenient, especially during busy hours. We stayed for 5 nights and they never changed the sheets or blankets, which was pretty disappointing. We also spotted cockroaches in the room—not what you want on a trip. Plus, they asked for a 500 baht security deposit per room, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand.

The hotel only has one elevator, which often causes long wait times. During our 5-night stay, the beddings and blankets were not changed even once. We also found cockroaches in the room, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, they require a 500 baht security deposit per room upon check-in, which was not clearly communicated in advance or written in policy.

Room cleaning everyday, free drinking water everyday, walking distance to the night market and shopping area.

elevator is small. can fit 4 people only. If with luggage, can fit 3 or 2 people only

The breakfast is good. But same menu evryday… the location is what I love in this hotel.. I stayed here 4 times already.. If you want cheap hotel with good location near to pratunam market and can walk going to platinum mall, cebtral world and big c.. and there is also super rich money changer in big c so you dont need to line up in the airport basement if you want to change your money.. exchange rate is good.

Good breakfest , Staff very friendly, meaning Pam , hotel check in attendent.She alwauys helped us to our questions.

Service is good, near the shopping markets..all os accessible.

Too small toilet and bath.makes the floors slippery and always wet when you use it.The front desk should inform the guests of the deposit refund,we almost forgot it.They should take the initiative to refund the deposits.

We had 3 rooms and all were a good size with good facilities.

The corridors were very noisy at night, people coming and going at all hours, shouting and banging doors.

Employees never had a smile and friendly . Room was stuffy . When i get the room i had to put a deposite 1000baht for 2 rooms . Everything was okay until the second day cleaner changed a dirty yellow pillowcase and turn upside down pillowcase on the bed . When i came back hotel in the evening I just think that was a mistake from clearner and didnt tell them ! Tomorrow i checked out they said that i made a dirty yellow pillowcase and asked me to pay 100 baht from deposite ! I talked to them they said that i dyed my yellow hairs while my hairs are black ! Finally i paid that money ! As for me that money is not more and nothing but i was not satisfied which hotel tried to get money from people . They were not honest ! Everyone should take care to stay here !

Breakfast was good, had both veg and non veg options, with fresh fruits & packed juice. Location is great, right near the platinum mall, easy to catch tuk-tuk and access night market

Location is fantastic. Very near the cheap shopping and eating places on massage row ( the real, not naughty one)Its a cheap place. Showing some age but is clean. The towels are tired but the sheets were crisp.Breakfast is filling but boring. Selection of greens and some for salad. Rice, noodles, eggs and hot dogs every day. Basic bread butter and jam. Coffee, tea and juice every day.There are no other ammenities but thats a lot for 30 U$ a day

We are a regular of this hotel. Staffs are nice from front desk to housekeeping, location wise is good, rooms are clean and daily housekeeping is provided which is my main consideration. Value for money.

They only provide 1 pillow and 1 key.

Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was basic but I enjoyed the local dishes. The area was quiet but the market and malls were walking distance.

The room has no windows and everyday I woke up with a sore and dry throat. By the last day, my allergies has already flared up.
