Previously stated at this hotel. Great staff at that time.

What I did not liked about this hotel? Poor housekeeping staff service, toiletries were if ever hardly available., Room floor never Vacuumed during this stay. We had a shortage of available towels. Breakfast , children's running around the sitting area

The staff was always helpful and very nice the room was good the food was good overall it was a good stay

The food was ok they need to change it up a little we were there 4 nights and it was the same every day

Room size was decent , clean and well maintained, No Toothpaste and brush provided, location was far from the tourist attractions. Bad traffic .

Very good location but the highlight was the treatment of the staff. Very helpful and professional

Expected much more for Hilton

The room I was staying was Room 1901 it was a Deleux Suit, the Power points & switches were at odd locations, The Bathroom glass door had the plastic strip falling off every time door was opened, the shower holder was loose & kept moving, the bathroom tiles had some black moss kind of thing, the washbasin were of a awkard design where the water splashed out as soon as the tap was opened. with a Hilton group hotel we did not expect this. In the breakfast there was no hot vegtrain dishes

The room was nice, clean and modern

The lighting was not that good and they need plugs/outlets on BOTH sides of the bed!! Also they need a bigger and better gym/exercise facility, the one they have is PATHETIC!!!, to small and barely any equipment, it needs to be BIGGER and BETTER!

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff... everyone was friendly from the hotel. The breakfast was not 5 star but very good already, satisfying. The rooms were clean and that bathroom was set up very comfortably, specially for those who get up in the middle of the night. I loved the floor to ceiling window... i slept with the curtains open so i can wake up to a wondeful view. Very clean, thats one thing I liked also. Also it is near a grocery and a few convienent stores.

It was a 15 minute walk to the BTS station and with the weather being tropical and humid it was a bit tiresome. There were no hawkers (sidewalk vendors) within the area and in Thailand these food stalls are the best to get cheap local food. It is located in the jewelry distrct so most shops were selling jewelry and precious stones, it would be great if that was what youre into.

The room was adequate, clean and comfortable but there is very little Thai flavor- I could've been in any city in the world.The breakfast was average, but I would've expected a wider selection of choices and the service was nonexistent- which was disappointing.

The room and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was the same for the 4 days I was there.

The location

We were bumped to another hotel - because there were issues with the Air-Con at the Hilton. The location of the new property was much further than the Hilton - but the silver mining was it was Four points by Sheraton - actually a Marriott property and our stay their was much better than then Hilton the previous week

reception staff are great, location is fantastic

room not vacuumed daily, air-conditioned broke down, scuff marks on the wall, soap dispenser so high on the wall you cant reach it without getting hair etc wet, basin cracked,

front desk who assisted us (girl with a bob cut) seemed lost. When we arrived a little after 12 noon, we preregistered and paid. We were told to come back after 2pm - came back after 5pm expecting check in will be instant since we did all that’s needed already. But the same girl couldn’t find the reg form, took her around 10 minutes but still to no avail. Finally after a little more time, gave me the room keys. But the room she gave us was the wrong room type so I had to come down and have it changed. Another staff assisted me, offered to upgrade us which was nice but was she asked for my credit card again for charging when I already paid when we pre registered around 12 noon. There was no supervisor or duty manager when I asked for one. Aside from this, the rest of our stay was good. The housekeeper and concierge were very helpful. The guest service center though takes forever to pick up.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in their suite for a week and was impressed with its cleanliness and overall quality. Consequently, I decided to book again, this time opting for a twin room. However, upon checking into three rooms, I was disappointed to find that they all featured outdated, unclean carpeting and smelled of smoke, falling short of my cleanliness expectations. The staff were all nice and professional. The location is really good for shopping and dining.

It was a brief stay, so the location suited our needs. Tour desk was very helpful and cheaper than online sites.

Even though we had a high floor there was still a lot of road noise.

The breakfast is ok . I expect to see ham or bacon.

When using Bathroom shower the water spills over the main entrance of the toilet. The floor gets wet all the time .

Big room, good buffet breakfast. Small but functional pool on 7th floor We stayed there as it was the pick up location for the river kwai day trip. Positioned just off the motorway so handy for airport. We’re only stayed 2 nights so didn’t explore centre of Bangkok on this trip.

People might want to be closer to centre but the hotel met our needs.

The name of the property

First they gave us the automatic key door which was not match to the booked room . Have to call the maintenance , we waited for like half an hour . Limited socket . Room was not cool , the toilet wooden door was not opening . The tap was too short to the sink so the running water leaks out .Floor carpet was too old .
