I liked the baloney for a nice mid night smoke

How petty the staff was with stains on the towel. Which I had to pay a penalty for.

Very clean and large rioms. The pool area is very nice. Btw better if hotel can also peovide basic things auch as free water bottles and a kettle in the rooms.

Clean, good bed.

Being disturbed by a noisy conversation right outside my room. It should have been conducted elsewhere. it was inconsiderate.

Disappointing

FirstThe attitude of few staff from the reception Second fake and deceiving photos in the Booking.com Third the location is very bad and very unsafe at night, even the reception most of the time they are sitting in enclosed room and through a small glass window (, that most of the time closed) can deal with the guests of the hotel, it is really crazy and scary.

The pool was lovely and staff were friendly.

The only issue was just the mattress. Was very uncomfortable

Noisy neighbours and the expected group of people who decide to have loud conversations in the corridor, completely unmindful of other guests.

Amazing stay! The pool area has been recently renovated and it's beautiful. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Clean room.

18 min or so walk to the metro - but this is clearly advertised on the listing, so we didn't mind at all. Slightly hard beds.

Big room, very clean, nice view, very quiet

I found the mattress very very hard but I guess some people like it that way.

Reasonable price and good location for a short stay over the weekend (close to Chatuchak weekend market).The property is clean, and the evening staff was very friendly. The pool area is really nice.

We paid for an extra night to be able to check in early after the long flight and informed the property weeks before, unfortunately on arrival they didn't have our rooms ready, as it was 'sold out', so we had to wait for other rooms to be prepared.Even though we booked a room with a view, one of the rooms was on the 4th floor, facing another building with no view.One of the rooms didn't have warm water in the shower.

Slightly out the way but local markets and night markets are around and the metro isn’t to far

Pool was amazing and big. Great view from the balcony to the pool. Large room. Air conditioning was working fine. Staff was nice and allowed to return deposit earlier due to early check out. 7/11 near by. All in all good value for money

Rather outdated interior. Quite far but using bolt allowed to get to places.

The staff on duty was very kind and helpful. She help us on get a ride to the nearest MRT station and also getting a Taxi to our next destination. Room is Big and clean. Just a little far away from public transport.

Hotel is located far from the main road and secluded. Have to walk out or ask Hotel staff to help get a Taxi or Bike rider

Swimming pool is closed for reconstruction untill winter. Reconstruction of rooms next to your room.I had to insist on second room key for my son to be independent in our timespending in Bangkok, but they only provided the card from hotel entrance.Wifi is fast but login is a headace. Everyday new password. It suddenly did not allow me to access with proper day password and I had to literally insist to get new password.They provided smoked out room. Sheaky cheating they opened door and balcony, but odour was disgusting and strong. They finally had to admit it. Location is in dodgy criminal night district of Bangkok.Room is clean and large and this is the only good thing in this hotel. Hotel itself is old, look gloomy and unpleasant.There was no kettle in the room despite it wss listed. I had to dress on and go to reception to ask about it.On every step you feel that these people do not understand that guests are not trouble, they are assests. If you have troubles with your assets it's because you have created them.I complained about unfair information regarding swimming pool on Google and Booking.com but staff ignored it. Pool photos are still online.Enough. I relocate to another hotel. All OYO chain hotels I tried were disrespecrfull to their guests.

Clean property. Had everything you need, lovely pool to chill in. Short walk to the metro which takes you anywhere you need to go. 7/11 very close too

I don’t think the property is strictly a hotel, seemed like people actually lived there, nothing wrong with that just interesting. It is a bit out of the way of centre but again , metro is fabulous.
