Furama Silom Hotel

Breakfast was a low price big family room with two bedrooms

Location and roof top Restaurant and Pool on rooftop

Very slow elevators

I broke a glass in the room and was ordered to meet the manager, then i was charged 4 times the street price to replace it, it was a drinking glass for petes sake, turned into a drama.

Big room ,great breakfast buffet,friendly and helpful staff.

Slow internet

The courteous and professional staff as well as the quality of the room ans the best breakfast ever.

The only thing that I didn't like was having to check out and not stay longer.

The location is very central in Silom and this was the only good point regarding this hotel.

The hotel is extremely old and smells really bad inside. The staff in general are not service orientated but are task orientated and this you will feel from the first day to the last. This hotel is not worthy of a 7.2 its closer to a 5 score.

Old furniture, not clean!!!Not value for money, housekeeping each 3 days!

Please pay attention to cleaning a bathtub. There’s some dirt around the tub that can be cleaned by scrubbing.

The room is a bit outdated,lots of cockroach’s running around,although they fumigated one day but didn’t eradicate the cockroach’s,shower drainage is constantly blocked,other than these,they’re comfortable to stay Breakfast is good,good selection of choices,with east and west varieties Location is very good,easy access to MRT,restaurants,shopping

A bit modernist and updated the room,shower drainage can flow better as not to stand in the pool of soapy water when showering

Pool looks nice (a bit small). I don't know if one can order food or drinks there. No info on that

It were not carpets in the room ,like in the pictures showed.Expensive breakfast for the quality gived, and the chicken finished fast and no replaced. The quality of coffe can be improuved. On The rooftoop , much smaller swimming pool than the pics.

The shower was not good. The hose wiuldnt stay connected. But the water was strongcand hot.

Stayed 3 nights. Room were in 17th floor. good view and large enough. receiption and staffs are less friendly and less welcoming. Location wise optimal.

Taxi drivers hassling you as soon as you walk out the door and the pool was very dirty.

Quiet, comfortable bed. Bathtub in bathroom.

I didn't see room service menu.Balcony is not accessible, sliding doors are screwed at lock level.
