Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18

Nice cozy room, friendly and helpful staff

The pool could have been cleaner

Central location!

The window couldn?t be opened. There was a construction noise from upstairs!

Friendly staff, hotel easy in easy out, close to everything.

I stayed at this facility many times, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and the location is great.

Good location, confortable bed and room.

The bathroom is seethrough in the evening. The staff not organised at all, limited english. It took more than 30 mins to be able to check in. Btrakfast options quite limited.

Breakfast was very pleasant, not a massive range but well cooked and plenty of what there was. Location is brilliant

The room was quite tired. TV screen damage, wardrobe didn’t close so light from it was on all night & could of been cleaner

This was my second stay here...the staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms and facilities are pretty nice !! The location is close to the sky train and near many restaurants.

The breakfast choices were better in my previous stay...that can improve. The towels were quite old and too many times used....

Modern and clean hotel, excellent staff, good breakfast, clean

Its location is a bit far from the center, and the road is dark, it's not pleasant to walk alone at night.

Lovely hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. Perfectly located central, yet very quiet.

The location was peaceful, yet close to the city. My room was clean, spacious with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Staff were friendly and quick to help with any requests. Good job Mr. Pinto. The hotel staff were overall great. Professional and welcoming, they provided an attentive and courteous service throughout my 15-day stay. A special thanks to the front office manager Mr. Namdrel.Had a wonderful stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort and great service.

Concierge staff are amazing as usual. . Pool is fantastic and clean . Rooms are spotless. Love the location

Been coming here as few years but recently something has changed. Please bring back the old reception staff!!!!!Would also love a balcony in my room . Room 460 had a view of a brick wall. No window either.

Excellent location close to Asoke BTS/MRT and the Em-Quarter with its three shopping malls, Emsphere, Emquartier and Emporium. All members of staff we encountered were absolutely lovely and welcoming and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Also enjoyed the breakfast and Indian restaurant for dinner in the hotel.

We did have a slight issue with a temporary lack of hot water in the bathroom during our stay…. Obviously technical issues can arise in any hotel, but got to say a big thank you for the way it was handled by the manager and team. It’s when things do go wrong that you get to really see the true level of customer service and resolution and they did not disappoint. Very happy with our stay and will stay again next time in Bangkok.

A very comfortable bed / room and a great location. We did not have breakfast or use the gym.

Overlooking residential building that was very close. This was the rooms at the rear of the hotel.

A very comfortable bed / room and a great location

Overlooking residential apartments very close at the rear of the hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location and lovely pool area

Wifi was very unreliable

Good layout of room, convenient location, good breakfast with variety, service and pleasant ambience.

The property was clean and the room was comfortable

We asked for accomodation for 5 people. 3 adults and a child. The room available was two superior rooms. When asked for an extra bed, it came at a cost of 1300baht. Which was 30% of the cost of both rooms. 60% de cost of one room. Which means it would have been cheaper to get 3 rooms from the start. The booking said that children below 12 were free. But how do you expect them to share a twin bed and then over charge on the extra bed. For a room upgrade it was only 300 baht.

Very nice and clean! Close for everything ! Shopping eating! Nice stuff! Good value!

Great room/bathroom, very comfortable beds

Breakfast choice was limited. As European, I'd expect more choices of bread and cheese

As always staff is nice and professional, hotel is small but very clean. Location is excellent. Pool is nice.

Breakfast used to be my be one of the great asset of this hotel for the last ten years or so. However it became very average. Very limited choice of fruits, low quality bread, limited options of food in general.
