Cool room temperature

Damage floor from water leaking, tv not working, phone not working, and breakfast buffet very basic plus not included in the stay.

The location was awesome! You go right out the back to the red light district and the beautiful city of Bangkok. A woman who speaks great English sits at the front door available for selling different tours like Safari or floating market.

Very clean and spacious room, very comfy bed. Locations is perfectly close to nana plaza while being tucked away enough so it¿s quiet at night

The room was clean and comfortable. We did not book breakfast so can not comment on the restaurant. Shuttle to the local store was useful and very quick. The pool was nice, not overlooked and sufficient loungers and towels.

The equipment in the kitchen area was a bit limited but extra was supplied when requested. Although many of the places we wanted to visit where relatively close the traffic in Bangkok is very congested most of the time. Place that were only 10 minutes away often took an hour. Also booking taxis is a lottery as to how long they will take to get to you. Obviously not a problem with the hotel but a consideration.

Great location, good a/c, good value...there are cheaper places nearby, but this one is good

Not possible to stay.Offered upgrade room which was less attractive than previous rooms.Nice lady manager listened to our complaints, was amenable to refunding 6 out of 8 nights booked but not stayed, currently being negotiated and processed with booking dot com, who apologised to me for problems.

Foul smell from toilet during morning peak hours

It could have been better and more pleasant.

The Non-Smoking given to us smells like an ashtray.When we requested a change of room, Luhas' staff denied it was a smoking room. They came to the room and claimed that they did not smell anything. But the left-over cigarette stench was so strong even after they tried deodorizing and applying the air filter. We couldn't even sleep through the night due to the strong cigarette stench.It was only after we insisted on a room change that they agreed. Our experience could have been much more pleasant if they had acknowledged the cigarette stench instead of denying it. We urge you to provide your staff with the necessary training to handle such situations more effectively in the future.

Loved the pool and the ability to do laundry in the room. The shuttle out to the main street was nice.

We booked a room that was supposed to have two beds through Booking.com but the hotel would not honor that price. The king bed ended up bring good enough for all 3 of us and I was too tired from travel to argue about it.

Excellent location at the quiet end of Soi 2 with easy access to Soi 4 through the back entrance - turn left for the nightlife or right for Benjakitti Park.I've stayed here before and it has everything I need. Rooftop swimming pool, fitness centre and jacuzzi.Big clean air conditioned room with washing machine, safe, large screen TV, WiFi and bathtub

Friendly & helpful staff, I accidentally booked the wrong dates for the hotel and was 1 day out, the staff sorted it quickly for me and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Free shuttle to the end of the street was a nice bonus, though taxi and grab were able to pick us up direct from hotel which was no issue. We highly recommend eating at Arabesque restaurant that's just down the street, it was amazing food. Don't eat at the restaurant next to the 7/11 called Home Restaurant, really awful food, the fried rice tasted off, and I got a shock when I crunched on a sharp bit of chipped off plate in my cashew chicken. We left with mostly full plates and my partner was up all night with an upset belly afterwards.

The taxi woman at the hotel trying to sell us expensive high priced taxi's, we found her pushy and knew that we would pay a fraction of the price using Grab.The bathroom also had mold in the grout and silicone. The aircon was a little noisy but we put it on 24degrees and it wasn't so bad after that, and the shower didn't heat up as high as we're use to so felt a little cold when showering. All of these are only minor and shouldn't deter you, still very good value for money and we would book again.

Big room, washing machine, place for cooking, very comfortable bed, swimming pool, ping pong table, fitness room, free bicycle for guests.

Rooms in need of renovation, breakfast with little choice and mediocre quality. Pictures on the internet look much better than reality. Air conditioning in the room was broken (dripped and the room smelled like a broken air conditioning system). Nevertheless, reception staff was very reluctant to give us another room.

Roof top pool and garden. Tuk Tuk is brilliant call hotel it comes back to collect you until 10pm

Breakfast needs more choices. Still nice to eat there and staff very nice throughout hotel

As always the staff, they always on hand to help out with problems, reception staff for me are best in bkk, big statement I know but years of staying in and around bkk they stand out continuously hit the mark that makes your stay that much better ? coffee guy is spot on working songkran was polite and makes a decent brew

Everything!! The rooms were not as per the photos....very outdated and needs a complete refurbishment.?In 5 days we were there the bed sheets never got changed even though we put sign out to make up the room.?Breakfast was basically dinner...no breakfast food except eggs and cereal..and hotel advertisement shows you different ?Pool is slowly cracking and the wooden flooring is buckled and popping up causing trip hazard,,,,?

The shuttle to the end of the road was great. Very easy access from there to sky train. Easy access to park. The roof top garden and swimming g pool a real bonus.

The room is not well maintain the bathtub joint were black due to the humidity and a lack of cleanness . The reception staff not nice while I check in , same for the bellboys I didn t feel the Thai usual kindness . The hotel in general is not well maintain
