Bathroom slippery. Full of black fungus (moss) Tap need to twist and if hand has soap, you will not be able to open tap.

Good location near skytrain.

Strong smell of smoke permeated the room from the room next door enough to make my clothes stink of smoke. The walls and doors are thin enough that we could hear every word of a very annoying Chinese couple arguing next door.

The front desk staff was great to assist

The breakfast buffet had great options to choose from. Very tasty. For the price of this accommodation, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the rooms and the property. Location is top notch, just steps from the BTS.

Very good location, easy access to sky train station closely located to central part of Bangkok. Free squash play made our stay enjoyable

Rooms need to be renovated, and space and wadrope for clothes are not good enough. Breakfast was just so so.

staff was very friendly, triple bed was convenient for 3 friends traveling, looks otherwise nice in the lobby

Location was perfect. Skyline train was right in front of hotel. has self laundry service. 24hr convenience store right next door with lots of food options within walking distance

If you need to call grab to go anywhere except double the travel time. Jacuzzi water temp was not hot enough. And breakfast was not included nor discounted for hotel guest.

Near bts station easy access

Breakfast was very basic with limited choices.

Nice and clean hotel located just 20 steps from the BTS. Breakfast is quite good and room was clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The Aircon makes a lot of noise even is the fan is on low. 23 degrees is too cold and 25 too warm. 24 doesn't make a difference. The high ceilings in the room gives it a weird feeling. The price is bit on the high side compared to as good hotels in the center.

The hotel location is the best just next to the metro station. There were good options for people who eat non veg. The room was on higher floor and had a good view.

However it was more of an apartment style hotel. The massage at the spa center was not that great. Also the staff asked us to keep deposit looks like something which is in Bangkok only. Breakfast should include more vegetarian options.

Loved the location. the pool was awesome, the gym was okay, the shower/bath area is great.

The bathroom sink area looks beautiful but is completely non-functional. There is literally no counter around the sink. There is also no lighting around the mirror to illuminate your face for shaving or applying make-up. They also need side tables on both sides of a king-sized bed (one side did not have one).

The big triple room, next to the BTS, the spa, jacuzzi and pool. The inhouse restaurant is also affordable.

If you take uber like us coz my parents cant walk to the bts or go up and down the station, it about 30-40 mins ride to the center. The smoked glass partition between the toilet and shower. The person can be seen (smoked/blurred) if someone is taking a shower and another needs to use the toilet.

Really quite dated and there were only FOUR sunbeds round the pool. Nice pool though

Staff and Facilities are top notch. Spa, Restaurant, Pool, and Laundry Machine in room. BTS stop location is very convenient.

Nothing to dislike.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, room size is also ideal for 2 person stay, Bed is huge. Overall this is a hotel of good value and very convenient as the BTS station is just right in front.

One side of the bed have no plug to charge phones.

The staff were really nice and the location was great, since the sky train is right outside the door of the hotel.

It seems like the rooms need to be renovated, as they look a little old and worn out to some degree.

The property is close to the BTS. We could get around easily. The staff are so helpful with directions, transportation or any queries. Our room was so neat and spacious.

Traveling with a baby, it’s important to have a clean environment. We could smell weed in the corridor on our way to our room. But not in our room.
