Amanta Hotel & Residence Ratchada

I like the full kitchen and the washer dryer. Also the rooms are all divided very nicely and large. Many storage drawers.

The room we stay, lower cabinets by the right side of the sink has very bad mold smelling. It doesn’t seem to see any molds but not sure why smells very bad. Cause me to have an asthma attack.

Location near metro and other shops. Washer and dryer included.

Older property and not the cleanest.

Nice staff. Upgraded to suite as the bed was not comfortable. Really nice breakfast. Very clean pool.

Balcony was a little scary on the 6th floor.

The location is great, in a friendly neighbourhood and at a 5min walk from the metro and a small mall. The swimming pool area was very pleasant. The suite was spacious and well furnished/equipped.

The AC was very noisy and, at least during this time of the year, had to be always on. Since we had a washing machine (even though it was a drier, too) it would have been nice to have a drying rack.

The room was very spacious and well thought out. Clean and comfy.

Air conditioning was a bit loud even at the lowest setting. Not too big a deal.

Everything is beautiful! Safe, modern, and luxurious, this place is wonderful. The breakfast is good, there are multiple levels of security, there’s two minimart/7-eleven shops within 2 minutes walk from the property. A shopping mall is 8 minutes walk, if that. A lovely fancy stay for the mid range price.

The washing machine’s instructions are unclear, it locked our clothes in for awhile until we disconnected it from everything. It was weird.

We came to Bangkok for 1 night to attend an event. And we were lucky to rest in the hotel after that. The place was very quiet just 50m from a noisy street. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Good breakfast with impressive choices of asian dishes. Definitely we will return there on occasion.

In the apartment you need to be able to control 2 air conditioner separately.

Very spacious rooms, nice bath, good separate shower, close to mrt and night market. Good breakfast

Noisy air-conditioning - seemed to be on full or off, we struggled to set it for good nights sleep so felt tired during the day

It was perfect. Big rooms, kitchen, big bathroom and wardrobe are excellent. We had 5th fl., pool view. No street noise, motobikes or car. Although the hotel located close to the main road and 3 min. to BTS. I have stayed at the best hotels in Bangkok, but Amanta is much more comfortable and cozy then luxury others. Also in spite of early chek in at 11:00 a m. we took rooms immediately without any conditions and extra payments. Thanks for hospitality , Amanta))))

the sunlights are coming through the window and i couldn’t sleep well because of that, the breakfast buffet was okay they can do better

The rooms are small The breakfast options were limited, no options actually The location is not the best, you will spend so much time commuting

Only one thing about improve room cleaning and something spoiled on bathtub room B705. And refrigerator dirty look like did not clean after previous customer check out. :(

Its a fantastic place to stay. Apartment is very nice & Modern. It’s clean. Staffs are good.

Breakfast is not so good compare to room. If you improve breakfast, it will be a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, very short walk to MRT station. Breakfast was nice, yet repetative in choice. Very clean, large, comfortable rooms. Staff brilliant. Pool lovely and easily accessible.

There was no food or bar during the day and evening, just so you could have a snack or a drink before going out.

Excellent comfortable bed and room, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, lovely tranquil pool.

A bit dated but didn't diminish or stay. Quite expensive for Bangkok

We loved the location. The pool and gym are fabulous. However the breakfast was rather average - but the breakfast venue is great. Some of staff just need to recapture the Thai desire to over-deliver to guests. But all said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, really enjoyed the apartment- especially having a washing machine, and would definitely return.

Some of the staff were a little hard to deal with.
