Clean, convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast

Very nice room, had variety of quality options for breakfast (both thai and western), the pool and the gym were very satisfactory and clean, lovely staff, good value for price.

The location was very close to the certain type of night life activities thus it may not be the best option for families with children and no side walks on the strests, super difficult to walk around.

The location was prime and enjoyed the free shuttle to Terminal 21 which made life travelling through Bangkok easy.The breakfast was good and the cleanliness was excellent. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again in the future.

Concierge Service: The concierge team is excellent. All members are very helpful, assisting me with my belongings, including shopping bags, and delivering them to my room.•Other Reception Staff: Apart from one incident, the rest of the reception team have been polite, professional, and helpful in all my interactions.•Free Shuttle Service: The complimentary trip to Terminal 21 is a convenient and appreciated service for guests.

Front Desk – Specific Staff Member (Sandy):During my stay, I experienced repeated unprofessional interactions with one receptionist, Sandy.•On one occasion today, while I was standing at the lobby desk and called her, she responded with “ush,” which I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional.•On a previous day, I spoke to her in a normal tone, but while she was initially calm, her tone and manner changed during the conversation. At the end, she told me to “calm down,” which I found unnecessary. A receptionist represents the hotel and meets many guests daily; professionalism and patience under pressure are essential.2.Room Cleaning:While the housekeeping staff are polite and willing to help, the cleaning quality could be improved:•The toilet was not cleaned thoroughly, even after I specifically requested it.•Bed arrangement was not neat.•Coffee cups were cleaned, but the used spoon (with peanut butter residue) was placed back in the cup without being cleaned. If both items had been left uncleaned, it might have been an oversight, but cleaning one and leaving the other visibly dirty is unpleasant and unhygienic.

The property was really nice and had a nice breakfast. Room layout was good and the room I stayed in was large and comfortable.

My first room had a view of only the building next to it. I asked to change and the next room had a great view of the city. The room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect for a nice hotel with smudges on the glass, mirror, TV and noticeable stains on the couch. Staff also came off as either irritated, fake friendly and almost surprised where you were asking them for something. A lady boy in dining also was rude to me when I asked if I could take my coffee to the room after breakfast (which shouldn’t be a big deal). They also didn’t speak English that well.

1. The pool have sun bed probably for 10% of hosts. So, if you are not at first hour at the pool, 0 chances to find a bed for that day. 2. Breakfast is not wow, you have basics but definitely not a breakfast for 4 star hotel!3. Minibar, sometimes they refill sometimes not. Same with the bed. They say every 3 nights the bed will be changed. Well, I stayed 7 nights and was the same as first day.

Very well situated, the staff are really caring and always smiling. The room is very cosy and clean.

Breakfast should improve.

Had a perfect stay for two night, stuff was amazing, location incredible, room is wide and clean in a way make you feel comfortable.

The only issue in the room is windows soundproof is poor unfortunately.

Pool on rooftop is nice, the water is a little cold, but refreshing.

The room had a window towards a parking garage, just 2 meters in front of the windows.

Fabulous location and very comfortable room. We only had a one night stay so didn’t use the facilities, however breakfast was very good.

Coffee at breakfast was only just warm.

Location is great to Asok and quiet off from Main Street. First impressions of property is nice and pool area looks nice too. Room size was fairly decent for Bangkok.

Staff were not particularly friendly esp at front desk. My room was infested with ants and I informed three different staff members but nothing was done. I spent 5 nights spraying the room myself and just felt itchy all the time. The strangest “flush with ease” on toilet, most of time toilet had to be flushed multiple times to clear it. Rooms need to be updated as furniture is warped and old. Cleaning of rooms not of a great standard either. Breakfast was pretty poor, no flavour or taste to the basics like eggs etc. often food was cold or not replenished quickly enough and it’s far too small an area for the busy 9-10:30am crowd. Over all not the standard I was expecting, I usually stay at Aria its sister hotel so I’ll be back there from now on. Samala does not have a patch on their provisions

Location near to all activities and BTS( sky train)

Breakfast food quality less than medium as fruits , coffee, bread,juices, as location in nana is the place of street ladies short time so its annoying for families

Breakfast items can be improved.

The lack of towels in the bathroom.The smell of urine when the toilet is flushed.

The hotel's location is amazing. It has a lovely atmosphere to it and has all the amenities you need while staying at a hotel in Bangkok. There is a 7 Eleven right next door to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The breakfast in the morning is absolutely chaotic. For the rest, everything was great.

The family room is so big and we loved it. The room is clean. The staffs were very friendly.

It was a very nice hotel with a great location and we arrive very early from America and our rooms were ready by noon and didn’t have to wait till the usual 2 o’clock check in.
