Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok

The location was nice for shopping,at the vicinity of centre of shukhumvit. The stuffs are cordial. Breakfast enjoyable.

Faced some problems with the washroom. Lock didn't work properly. Water started falling from the ceiling suddenly.

There was no hot tub as advertised. I ordered room service but was never acknowledged i ordered it. I was told the TV was wifi capable for streaming and it was not. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable. I didn't sleep much do to some laundry or some machines running all night banging from time to time and also construction noise in another room close by. I barely slept for 4 nights.

Front desk staff were so professional and helpful, location for people like to eat Arabic food is perfect

The bathroom towels are never clean; the hotel needs to change them. The breakfast needs to be seriously reviewed by the hotel management.

The breakfast was excellent. the staff were very quick to respond to requests. The water was hot and the reading light was great.

This is definitely an old hotel. The rooms were dated although very clean. The hair dryer kept cutting out. The towels and bedding weren't white, but a tired off white. I had to ask for a non slip mat because the shower was in the bath which is dated and quite dangerous. There was also a distant drumming late into the night, which we assumed was the hotel's band playing.

Big quiet room, comfortable bed, a lot of drinking water.

Threshold at entrance to bathroom. I prefer shower cabins instead of bath tubs in hotels

You can hear your neighbors even if they talking quietly! It was too noisy & The furniture is very old & dusty the bath tab is blocked there was no variety of food in breakfast almost the same every day! The dishes & mugs are very old!

I like it because it’s nearby Arab abroad shops restaurants mall also the hotel is very comfortable. Clean stuff. Very nice stuff breakfast very good. I stayed in this hotel around nine times maybe more

Sometimes reception stuff are not Collaborators with people who always stayed in the same hotel. They don’t make any upgrade for me. Usually, I took two rooms for me and my families staff should be Collaborators with whom always customer even that I will come back Inshallah.

1- The cleanness ( not clean) they don't put towels every day,don't wash the cups of tea they leave it dirty.2- One of the stuff was very unpolite with us when we talk to him 3- Always need to recharge the room card 4- No lifeguard in the swimming pool 5- No service in swimming pool6- when we asked for the extra blanket the didn't give it to us

The location was excellent

Cleanliness and hygiene standards were below expectations. Room service was unresponsive,iron requests were ignored multiple times, and when provided, the iron stand was broken on two occasions. Additionally, a small piece of glass was found in one of the breakfast dishes, and despite informing the staff, no action or follow-up was taken.

Old Air condition are not stable,,. Old furniture,,’ toilets need to update to modern styles .tv need to be update to latest large screens , with more Chantal’s and YouTube.
