Great and convenient location - walk distance to big shopping malls, same building - the best foot massage, night market and 7/11 is just around the corner.
All fine, if you keep your expectation for a $30-40 USD hotel. Close to many places especially the CentralWorld, not too far from BTS Chitlom, hotel is clean albeit old and not exactly top luxury.

SCORE GIVEN RELATIVE TO THE HOTEL PRICE—it's very good considering it's very close to Central World (among many more places), plus it is also close to 7-11 for midnight snacks if needed.
A bit old but everything is still clean and functional; not exactly close to any BTS/MRT; street to the hotel is bit inconvenient, but still acceptable.
Breakfast is great. Staffs are friendly. Door man, housekeeping and sever are very friendly and provided excellent service.
In the room hotel provided only bath towel. There are no hand towel or face towel. There is no hand tissue box either. I believe Thailand is not that expensive to provide hand towel, face towel and tissue box in the room. I asked the staff and says hotel provide only bath towel.

The property is unwelcoming. Once enter, the lobby is warm, the alley is not well maintained. The lobby is scattered with guests personnel bags. The breakfast is horrible. The room has no proper toiletries, no kettle, no coffee, no cup. The patron need to go down to get hot water.

no toothbrush, hairdryer, faulty faucets, bad wifi, toilet door couldn’t close fully, black mold in the toilet, dirty chair and sheets with stains, curtains couldn’t fully cover the window (we slept with a huge open gap with bright lights from the establishments opposite us), thin walls, nearby floods easily, noisy environment. please avoid this place at all cost even though the price is cheap. their only saving grace was the nice and kind staffs.

The location is amazing if you’re in Bangkok to shop around. The hotel looks good both in and out for its value. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
We had to change rooms because the first toilet ceiling started to leak water from above so they changed our rooms for us but the toilet pot flush didn’t work so well.
I like the location, very close to metro, malls and shopping area in pratunam. Even the hotel is a bit old, It’s clean and safe. Near 7/11 and massages. Overall very convenient and comfortable stay.
