Royal Benja Hotel - Big Rooms, Family Friendly

Location

The staff at check in did not say hello at all. Just proof it registration and immigration status was he interested I This should be a 3 star hotel not 4.. The pool and fitness area is a joke and need upgrading

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. Well cleaned and maintained everyday.

At the time of check in we had to wait for an hour and 30 minutes for the room to be ready. At first they gave us a room without bath tub and later when requested they changed us to a room with a bath tub. Something very strange they do not provide an iron to the room and when asked about ironing they instructed to go to another floor to iron where an ironing board is placed.

The hotel room smells so bad from the bathroom also on my reservation it say the breakfast cost 390 bucks but at the hotel they charge me 560 bucks also long wait for check in

Big room

Breakfast was not upto the mark. Especially Okra was kept in everyday's menu and it was semi cooked and not chewable. Need more Veg options. Sometimes Paratha is not available and not refilled.

Non-cooperative staff. I ordered room service twice and requested them to send the card machine as i will pay by card but both times had to go down to the reception to make the payment

The hotel's location is excellent for us in terms of its proximity to halal restaurants and all services, and the hotel's location in an area far from noise. I requested an extension of stay with a change of rooms. We were approved and given a free breakfast.

The breakfast was good, and there was plenty of it, and there was good view out our bedroom window.

The other guests on our floor was making a much noise like closing the door, really loudly and shouting.

Great housekeeping staff, great central location, clean and spacious room with all the toiletries. Great pool temperature. Distance from Nana station is literally few minutes walk. Lots of food places around.

I think the hotel has started renovating, so I will be happy to see the results at my next visit as few areas are a bit dated. The sauna facility should not have been a paid service.

Great value for your money. The breakfast is amazing. And,t he staff is very accurate in their responses. All so friendly. The view of the 24th floor amazing.

It rained one day, and the entrance was blocked by water in the front block (in front of the parking lot).

Charges for extra cutlery for the room does not seems like reasonable. For extra two plates and two bowls the charges is 100 baht, plus there is no complimentary tea bags in the room. Every body don't like coffee, some prefer tea...

so old! The bathroom looks dirty with leakage. Towels so dark. Room sofa is with stains. Lampshade is broken. Hallway os so creepy. The hotel is dark.
