I like the location of this hotel, it's really at the centre of the city. The staff is really nice and accommodating, they made our stay very comfortable.

I stay at this hotel anytime that I am in Bangkok. It is always a wonderful experience. The staff was terrific and happy to see me. Room was spotless, bed had wonderful crisp sheets and a warm comforter if you like your room on the cooler side. Bathroom was spacious and spotless. Overall, just another wonderful stay at the Radisson Suites in Bangkok.

Checking-out took ages. I already communicated ahead (1 hr) before I check out that food that I’ve taken from the mini-bar and yet the front desk insisted that they need to check again.The front desk needs to speak louder. I don’t know if she’s an intern but she was accompanied by a senior staff who was equally slow in processing my check-out considering I was the only one checking-out this morning.Three concierge this morning were busy chit chatting and need to call their attention to get a taxi.I think the hotel need to reorient the front desk staff to be quick and sharp while the concierge should be attentive enough in attending to needs of the hotel guests.

Pool is awesome and breakfast also very good Gym is good however, machines are less :)

Not much to write home about.

Was given a smoking room at first and told because I booked on Saturday for a Monday stay this was what I ordered. I would never even book here if I knew that I would be forced into a smoking room. It was filthy. Thankfully they changed my room after 30 minutes. The new room was fine. It’s a tired property, with carpeted rooms, bathrooms are run down. Hallways are dark and furniture hasn’t been replaced in years.

The room door automatic system is really pathetic I really didn't like it. They should change it as early as possible. Breakfast is so so.

The pool area is very nice. The rooms are large and the staff is helpful.

One small recommendation: the light in the clothes closet does not shut off at night. I stayed in 2 rooms. At first they fixed it and then in my second room it was also broken.

The location, the friendly staff, excellent breakfast.A special word for O aka Sunita who went out of her way to take care of our needs.And the travel agent housed within the hotel “Kwan” who made our travel needs so easy and took such care of our 3 days’ bookings with him. He and his driver Mr Dream were fabulous!If we come again to Bangkok or anyone else known to us is planning to visit I would highly recommend this facility to them.

The breakfast was excellent, location was decent .

The housekeeping was very poor, even in the balcony suite being one with a kitchenette it was extremely difficult to get plates, cutlery for the roomHad to get plug fixed, cupboard shutter fixed on check in. Refused extra glasses for drinks. Over all house keeping was very bad.

The Radisson suite has been my go to hotel in Bangkok for over ten years and continues to provide great value, friendly staff and excellent standards of cleanliness.

The air that’s coming from the aircon stinks!I think it needs some airfilter cleaning. Other than that everything was great.

Rooms are getting old, breakfast can be better, with fresher bread, and showers can be improved with consistent temperature.

Breakfast is good, staff is nice they were kind enough to upgrade us with kids. Location is very near to terminal 21 mall and its perfect location with kids .

. Poor communication regarding reservation held through Booking.com. No Wi-Fi in the Junior Suite booked. Downgraded to Deluxe room. Font desk didn't ask for a deposit to be held and when we ordered room service for breakfast, we were asked to pay in cash. We got 2 calls to pay up for a small amount until we went down to pay 2000B. Overall, front desk behavior and level of service was very poor.
