Friendly staff. Promt attention. Great location.

Lack of room control on the air conditioning. It got to cold at night trying to sleep. Guest should be able to set at comfortable level.

Overall a good experience

Shower does not have hot water. Maybe just warm but if you need hot water it is not available. Fitness centre timing only upto 7pm. Fitness centre should work upto atleast 9pm in the evening.

The pool area had a strange odor, other than that nothing.

I liked the location, it was the only thing I really did enjoy, how close it was to the train station as well as the malls nearby. There were stores close by as well. Staff could've been a little friendlier.

The hotel was under some construction while we were there, shower didn't stay cold, mostly hot, breakfast wasn't included even if I paid over $600.

The location is good with sukhumvit metro near by, the staff were very cooperative and friendly

Location is very good. Walking distance to 2 BTS stations (Asok & Nana). Termianl 21 and other shopping areas are just near by. Many eating places and bars near the hotel. As the hotel is by a small road of the main road, you are at the centre of the city, but it is surprisingly quiet at night. The breakfast was very nice with some western and Thai food. Nice coffee.

The bathroom is a bit old.

Air Con was noisy and didnt go below 21 degrees making it extremly hot during the staythere was constant noise from the streets and i couldnt sleep at all

Old and cranky, half the floor in my room was covered with carpet because the floor tiles are peeling off. The furniture not comfortable.They ask to fill a questionnaire about my stay, but don’t even provide a pen..

The hotel was nice. Quite basic compared to the pricing though.

The edges of the beds were quite sharp and exposed, making it dangerous for both adults and kids. I scratched my feet severely once during the stay. I also wish the pool was heated.

Location is great if you want to be near the Sukhumvit action.The staff is friendly, and the concierge was very helpful.

1. The AC didn't work properly. The temperature in the room never got below 25 C (even overnight when it ran for hours), and I asked 2 different front desk people if this could be fixed. Both times I was told an engineer would look into it, but no one ever did. Water also dripped sometimes from the AC register.2. The floor in the room (918) is TERRIBLE!! It's a laminate plank floor, but it was installed very poorly. Numerous cracks, gaps, and unevenness. Caught my toes a few times on the uneven flooring. That hurts!3. Slight musty odor in the room, and the plumbing vent isn't right because we could smell sewer gas now and then.

Only the location was good

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about guest comfort. Basic amenities were missing or broken, and the overall experience felt far below standard. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed at Manhattan probably a dozen times. I usually book by contacting the reservation department. I did so again this time, using the previous email thread, which had 6 months or so of bookings, in a very friendly manner, and received this response. "YOU CAN CHECK PRICE ON HOTEL WEBSITE"No dear Sir, no dear Khun Nick, which is their usual method of opening a conversation.I was surprised at the sharpness and rudeness of the response. Normally, it is very pleasant.I booked via the website, but was not happy at the lack of politeness in the email.I planned to show this to the GM whom I know, but I never had the time. Come on Manhattan, show some manners and courtesy to your returning guests

Location was good and lobby was nice

Room was not clean, curtains dusty & windows/seals were dirty. We saw small roaches and floors needed repair. Hotel floors to get to rooms were hot and dusty. Floor was damaged and needed repair in our room. We had no towels. When requested, towels brought to us were torn and worn out.

Location - in between Nana and Asok stations - convenient, just walk away.

This is my second time staying here. The room flooring is bad, uneven and many times hurt my feet - the wood/plank is all popping up everywhere. Shower head pressure is very slow. Using household carpets to hide the uneven floor, slippery and tripped many times. No toothpaste !! Working table too small - no other table. Fifty floor has dirty carpet - no one vacuumed - can see rubbish on the carpet. Breakfast is worst !! Not much choice, the same sausage, fried egg, rice, noodles.... 5 days been eating the same stuff ! When arrived, reception staff insisted CASH deposit - i had walk hundreds of meters looking for ATM. No friendly/flexible !!
