Centre Point Hotel Chidlom Bangkok

I liked the cleanness, the friendly and helping staff, and the great location in the heart of the city of Bangkok.

The room furniture is old and needs upgrade. The cupboard doors don't close properly. It would be great if the breakfast includes more dessert variety, as it only included fruits. The price was high for similar room condition hotels.

Centre Point Hotel has a great staff working there. The gym is nice and the hotel is in a great location close to the BTS.

Location a bit far off from tourist attractions although it is only about 20 minutes walk. Interior is clean but a bit dated.

Prime location

The overall cleanliness in the room was questionable. The shower curtain smelled and the place felt run down overall.

This is a great place! It feels very luxurious, and it has amenities like a Homestay residence! We had a washer/dryer and full kitchen in each of our rooms (2), and the rooms were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very nice.

The location is mixed in that there isn’t any place near by for a good coffee or small meal that isn’t really expensive (except 7/11!)

Quiet, good breakfast. They upgraded our room to 2BR since we requested for additional bed for our additional guests.

The arrangement of the bookings should be well communicated between the reception of the restaurant and the lobby. We were always asked to pay the breakfast of the additional people we included in the room where in fact it was all paid during the check in time.

I loved the 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious for us and our 2 kids. Great location, close to many cafes, convenient stores and malls.

The rooms need updating like remove wallpapers and update the cupboards, sofa and decor.

Very spacious and fancy apartment , clean and quiet neighborhood.

Location is not the best , long walks to all city attractions

Amazing location, room was great and very spacious, staff were so beautiful.

The breakfast is keep repeating daily, no much different, it is bored if stay for long time.

The playground locate at underground, stair case too slopping, seem unsafe to children.

One bed was a lot harder than the 2 others.

Too many noisy guests; talk loud at night, banging the door after midnight etc.

We booked a grand family suite at Centre Point Chidlom Bangkok. The suite was top notch perfectly set up for a family of 2 adults and 2 grown up children. The suite had enough beds, a well equipped kitchen.

May be the hotel could add a few more Indian vegetarian food options for breakfast. Indians are one of the largest travellers to Bangkok these days

The staff was extremely nice. The rooms where great and the location also. I will recommend this hotel for anyone staying in bangkok.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. My 4th visit and can't wait to return. Great location to explore Bangkok. Rooms are large and very clean, and they have an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, always helpful and polite. Highly recommend a stay here.

The pool was covered by a roof (no sun) and no chaise lounges

Location , only 7 minutes walks to several shopping centers and foods courts with delicious street foods and restaurants, and BTS stations. Sky walk between stations is great to explore attractions.

Definitely the convenience of having washer/dryer in the room, perfect for extended stays. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We are well cared for by staffs and house keepers.
