Floral Court Hotel & Residence Sukhumvit 13

2nd time staying here, room was very good and staff were nice

Requested to stay in same room as last time upon arrival they told me it was still being cleaned, after I came back they told me it was no longer availableI am a solo male traveller and they put me in a room right next to the playground, guests with dogs came here very early in the morning making loud noise with dog barking and children. This is not the experience I wanted. On my last day there was a birthday party right next to hotel balcony in the playground with over 60 children it was horribleI followed all rules diligently but was told I was smoking in my room when in fact I was smoking outside it just did not make me feel nice the rest of the stayHope next year we can have a better experience together...please....

This is a great facility with a very friendly and cooperative staff. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, the linens, and the towels are in excellent condition and clean. The kitchen, toilets and the whole facility are super clean and well kept. The shuttle transportation to nearby metro station and Main Street was a plus. We didn’t try the restaurant but I’m sure it will be great if you are not very keen to Halal food.Less than 15 minutes walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping center.

I wish they were providing Halal food option in the restaurant. This wasn’t a big issue as there are several Halal restaurants within walking distance.

Location and room size

Limited breakfast options. Would have liked more Thai food options. Laundry was expensive.

The property has a very peaceful setting among the busyness of Bangkok with extremely modern and clean facilities from the reception to the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you needed.

There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, I assume this was because of the sewage system so can’t be helped too much

Property has nice balcony but no chairs and table to sit outside ! I can’t imagine why they don’t put . I asked but they said that they decided to not put chairs because of rain , I said you can put out door furniture , no problem , but front desk employees didn’t know much about . This is the first apartment I have seen which have no chairs and table on the balcony , I can’t believe .

Simply the best in every way from early check in late check out due to circumstances, very nice freshly cooked breakfast...staff very pleasant and attentive.. a wonderful short stay. Highly recommended

The continental breakfast threw us off. It was not the greatest selection. The location also was a little hard to access on foot. Getting in or out of the place was a little tricky since there was an absence of sidewalks nearby. It

First of all, the room was HUGE ?. Beds were super comfy. View from one of the bedrooms was overlooking the garden in the building compound! Very nice. Quality of fittings in the room was excellent! The Hotel is new and room is equipped with 3 smart tvs, washing machine and they had a Bluetooth speaker in the room.The staff was super friendly, Hotel had a shuttle to drop you off to the main roads. Room service was really great! Pool and gym was very nice.

Everything was perfect, there was some soap missing from the washroom and the housekeeping staff was quick to replace hand soap. Only slight compromise was the view from the living room during the day which you could see some construction ongoing. Did not bother us at all though.

The facilty was incredible and the staff soooo nice ?

When you have neighbors above you and they walk is so noisy and neighbors beside you, you can hear them very loud maybe because the quality of the building ? input from me, if the guest already complaint more then 2 times better the staff come directly to the other guest room than call because it’s mean they don’t care about your warning ?

Floral Court Hotel was brilliant, it would have to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in, right from the minute I walked in the staff were very friendly, the room was modern, spacious and very clean, I have stayed in various hotels in Sukhumvit before, but this will be my choice from now on, Congratulations to all who are involved with the running of this hotel, a lot of others could learn so much from you.

My only disappointment was that I only booked for one night as a stop over, had I known I would have stopped longer, also whilst the balcony was large it would have been nice to have a table and chairs to use.

The property is newly refurbished, very clean, with a big and beautiful swimming pool, kids playground and lots of greenery. The rooms are big, elegantly designed and all the details are very well thought.

The balconies don’t have a view, and they were not designed when we arrived (no furniture on the balcony, it will probably be added but we arrived in the soft opening of the hotel)

Staff young but willing to help. They supported me with taxi booking and all. Nice location. Short walk (5 min shortcut) to soi 11. Balcony. Bluetooth speaker and washing machine in the room. Lighting in the room. Privacy.

Lift is anonymous, hands prints on the metal walls.

Great location, helpful staff, lovely room. Very comfortable bed.

Checkout was a bit slow and we were rushing as had a plane to catch.

The hotel was nice and clean and the room was a good size and comfortbale

Not very well thought out facilities lacked small details like places to hang your clothes/towel in the gym. The location wasnt the best still some buidling work around and not the most 'happening'part of town. Staff were helpful and friendly but food was inconsistent and they did go above and beyond. I got locked out of my room tiwce do to hotel key card failing, small things like that were a bit annoying.
