Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

The location near the airport and what it has to offer outside of the hotel. Walking distance to the shopping mall and eatery sites. The hotel's pool area, parking, cleanliness, upkeep of the hotel, and great staff.

The shower design. It would have been relaxing if it had a rainfall shower head with handheld spray combo like the Centera Hotel we stayed in Korat. No microwave and plates to use when needed. Trash container in room too small for a family occupant.

This hotel is brand new. I was only there for one night between flights it is a perfect respite during travel. The bar staff is extremely nice, the check in speedy, the shuttle reliable a nice taste of ease in the chaos of Bangkok.

Perfect location for an overnight - close to the airport. Convenient shuttle to and from, got us back for an early flight out. Staff was kind, room was clean with good shower, and restaurant was good.

Tv did not work except for Marriott commercials, bed was not a king when it was supposed to be. Didn't feel much better than much cheaper places I've stayed

Great location if you coming from, or going to the airport. The staff was helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the pool was large and nicely cared for, and the restaurant we ate at was very yummy!

The deck near the pool area was uneven which made it weird to walk on. Those who have impaired mobility should be careful.

The staff was great and the beds are soft. The food is great and dont miss the buffet. I will be staying here when I fly in or out of BKK airport no exceptions.

Remarkable property. Gorgeous resort quality look and deck. Rooms spectacular. Dining options wonderful and quality of food excellent.

Upgrade the towels. Nothing here says “Courtyard” … except the towels. Upgrade.

Amazing Breakfast !!

I was asked to pay more the the reservation price on booking, only when i showed the reservation mail . I got the correct price .

Sorry but terrible soap, shampoo, conditioner. Felt like sandpaper on my skin; hair stuff awful - dry, stiff, ugly.

Beautiful design, hats off to the Designer. Congrats to the builder for bringing the design to life, with such high quality of workmanship. Bravo?

Access to the rooms can be confusing, if you are in the area furthest from the front desk…add more smart signage.

Great hotel, great staff, decent sized rooms

We had food poisoning from the Friday dinner buffet, both my wife and I ended up in the emergency room in the hospital throwing up and having fever.

The rooms were clean, specious and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were clean and refreshing.

There’s not much around the actual hotel so it’s good for a short stay between flights.

Absolutely stunning accommodations, very classy, very clean, highly professional staff. The pool bar and the lounge chairs in the water are highly understated. Many dining options on the premesis. Clean room and a mall right across the street if you still feel up to exploring!

The airport shuttle only went to the airport every hour so we ended up getting a grab because the timing didn’t line up with our trip
