Roof View Place Hotel

Staff and cleanliness

No elevator and pillows not comfortable

Local elderly Thai owners and staff who made me feel cared for. Older building but clean and tidy. Doors and windows open onto balcony. Great cafes on many narrow walking lanes. Retro feel. Great low cost option.

Good location, comfy beds, very clean. Honestly it’s very basic but if you don’t spend much time at the hotel then it’s fine. Nice staff also :)

Very central location with shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. But still quiet, authentic location. Helpful staff, clean rooms, fast WiFI, free tea& coffee, fresh breakfast

Here you have everything you need: Central but quiet location, everything you need is in walking distance. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are well equipped, WiFi is stable and fast, price is a great deal. Any time back in Bangkok I would stay there again

My go to place when in Bangkok for the past 9 years! Best location in local neigborhood with lots of local food , laundry , everythings you need is around. Short walk to khao san road and nightlife but in a very quiet area. Very clean .

The staff were nice, the location is good. The breakfast is local food, like rice and minced pork. It’s pretty heavy, great if you’re going to spend the day out.

There wasn’t a door to the bathroom, only a curtain. For some couples this might be a problem.

The people who run this place are very nice , the room is clean, nice breakfast. For sure I will come back. Thank you

Staffs were very helpful and good location

Rain and too hot

Quiet, clean, fully equipped small room with balcony.Breakfast is always excellent.

Very clean and comfortable room. With ac, kettle, fridge, water, small tv,breakfast.Perfect!

The quiet neighborhood and cleanliness

No vaninty mirror

The place was simple and very clean. Had everything what I needed. It was at the calm street, so no noises at night. Breakfast was homemade typical thai - rice, chicken, omelette, bananas and coffee or tea. The room had toiletries provided- soap, shampoo…, hairdryer. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels and water too. Air condition and WiFi was working perfectly. The stuff was very nice and welcoming. The lady at the reception even gave me a bag of cookies when I was leaving. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice air conditioning, very nice location, very nice staff

Don’t have doors in bathrooms

Been to this hotel many times. Always clean, good price and good location

I liked daily cleaning, bottle of water in the room, breakfasts, polite personell

Breakfast was great, staff was super nice, they clean your room every day and you get free water aswell:) the location is a bit far off the center but nothing a taxi won't fix

The bed is firm so as the pillow. Breakfast is filling and tasty, not a buffet but freshly cooked Thai food everyday. Housekeeping cleans the room daily so it’s always nice to comeback to a nice smell and tidy room after a long trip. I like the Roof View to be decent ,simple and comfortable. We had a good sleep night ,it is very quiet and peaceful.

One time they forgot to refill our shower soap but when we mentioned it the staff immediately replaced it.If u want to get to your room quickly, request for a mid floor like 2nd or 3rd floor because there’s no lift but has a baggage lift.
